The menu for changing the mark appears once you've killed the marked person. It is a small bar showing circular, small champion portraits. Think the ones that show up upon kill or assist. You simply click the person you wish to mark. You cannot mark the same person until 4(?) minutes have passed. If you do not kill the person in a certain amount of time, you may change the mark. It stays on the marked person until death, or forever. It cannot be used in combat, and will take a moment to 'get ready'. You may choose the next person to mark after the first one dies/enough time has passed. Jungle camps are completely random.

See, the thing is, Riot seems to be making - either intentionally or unintentionally - some kind of Victorious skin team like they always seem to do with every single skin theme now a days. Victorious would be missing a Marksman/ADc, and Championship would be missing an ADc, mid laner or top laner - potentially jungle depending where you'd slot Shyvana into the equation. So it doesn't exactly surprise me, I'll say. Plus the Championship skin does fit her - and I did mention the other day to some friends that they have been holding off on making a Kalista skin or a Sivir one - so I was betting on them. Still am. Sivir's been a factor for the whole fucking season five. Only Kalista WOULD come close to her level of strength and rule on season five. I can't really see them doing anything special for season five, but if they so desire. Sure some other parties could rival her in terms of strength - Vayne would come to mind with assassins being played less in favor of zone/control/utility mages that have skillshots of some degree - i.e orianna azir and tanks coming back to bite every ADc in the ass, with all the ADc's that used to shit over her being nerfed. But this was only happening recently, unlike Sivir's constant threshold of "Here, have three tanks running you down with Righteous Glory and a possible Talisman of Ascension. You want to run? Fuck you!" and waveclear for fucking days. Kalista was the only other contender in my eyes, and she just got a Championship Skin. Victorious Sivir, boys, I'm ready. Or Riot will bite me in the ass with Victorious Azir. Fuck you Riot.

Your mistake was viewing people based on their gender. Someone is a human first, and their gender comes second. A human may think differently from another human.

When I transferred from NA to EUW, the ping change was so noticeable in my gameplay it was terrifying. I don't think I could ever go back to be honest.

Still haven't tried NA Ping, probably a god sight better from the 200 it was at. I expect the 150 average I used to have. EDIT: Upon testing on an NA account, I have roughly the same ping it would appear. Nice. Guess I won't be playing on NA again.

In today's news, people are receiving flat out blanket bans/restrictions despite the fact every case is different. While there are definitely cases of people who have flamed, got the restrictions and still continue to do so, but this is a massive fuck you. ~ You could have been fucked over by Riot's horrendous client or the boundless supply of bugs ready to screw your day in the ass, such as the infamous firewall bug. Has this lead to you having a twenty minute queue despite being nice in game? Then fuck you, your toxic! ~ Have you been chat restricted but made efforts to improve your behavior and attitude? Fuck you! You were still chat restricted on June the 30th 2015 at precisely 7:14pm and so you don't get the rewards you worked hard to obtain! ~ Has some fuckery between your friends or acquaintances, or errors that DO happen, especially by such a flawed and automated system given you any of the mentioned restrictions? There's a pretty crazy theory circulating around that the Yasuo in the League is Yone. The basis of the theory goes like this. -Yasuo refuses to kill Yone. -Yone, still believing Yasuo killed the elder and this would redirect the attention of his family back to him, kills Yasuo. -Yone finds out Yasuo was innocent. -Yone, crazy with the grief of killing his innocent brother, takes on Yasuo's identity to 'keep him alive'. The reasoning for this theory coming around is due to the PROJECT teaser. Number one and number four having the same number, corrupted memories, et cetera. Some people also picked apart some of Yasuo's quotes, and some noted some of them don't even fit Yasuo's role. The theory is, naturally, completely outlandish and is to be taken completely with a grain of salt. I enjoyed reading it. A flaw off the top of my head would be how did Yone learn wind techniques, but now that I think about it, Riven has a wind technique completely unrelated to Yasuo, so maybe it's people that Yone learned a different wind technique, as Yasuo was stronger.

I'm genuinely surprised none of you decided to put Fiora for number 6. >reworked recently, this gets her more publicity and more people to try her fiora is a duelist who WEAVES around the fight. Duelists DANCE, her passive. Blade WALTZ, her old ultimate. Orbiting - circular. Fiora's ultimate requires you to move or weave around the opponent to hit all 4 vitals. dashing forward is lunge. her blade shines when you use Bladework. unraveled defense aka undo defense. fioras passive requires hitting weak spots to do lots of damage aka find the weak points in their defense. its possible its diana but this is literally less of a stretch.
