    Ok so I heard you can get riolu from the randomizer machine at the beginning of the game. I have updated to version 9.2, so I should be able to get the rare starters, however I have soft resetted for 2 hours straight and still haven't gotten a single rare starter. Is the randomizer machine broken in 9.2 as well, or am I just really unlucky?
