  1. I have a curious possible explanation of some events. We know Jace did receive the haiku but then didn't. What if the following. Keldeo targets Jace, and chandelure targets chase. Blaziken we know switched Keldeo with his target, would imply that if that target was also targeted for curses or even kills by mafia, it all would have gone to Keldeo. Since Blaziken is faster than Keldeo and the others, this seems an unlikely yet plausible option that some form of second action could have hit Keldeo instead of the intended target.
  2. Sadly Strauds realm is filled with cliches but it works because no one expects them. Also point out, that paladin went to each statue touching them all after the first granted one power. It's like....yeah, your asking for trouble now. PS. I'm that other dm lol, also it's the Ravenloft book for 5th edition. Game has been going on for quite a while now.
  3. Wait wait wait....we?!? What's this we? And actually via process of elimination he could figure out quite a bit with many roles. For example, say he visits someone for whatever kind of role, even identifying their alignment of good or evil. And the Blaziken swaps. Normally not much would be found out, however since the blazukin swapped Keldeo and other target lots of info can be gleamed by any who had actions directed to either of those. Atleast that seems to be the way I have concluded after pouring over the details for several hours...
  4. Ah memories of a past life. None the less I must agree upon the statement of avvoiding siding with one over the other. I do however have a curious inquiry about the Blaziken. Perhaps that player should be more careful about whom they target? On the other side if they keep up the rotating of actions, it can keep the mafia and 3rd party groups from their intended targets.
  5. Dive, it was my first statement. It's meant to be more general as I didn't have time to take part in a full discussion. Anyways, I too am curious as to the ability of a victim to declare what kind of weapon was used.
  6. I must apologize, I misunderstood the wording of the roles. You are correct about those roles.
  7. This is some rather interesting stuff going on. Meanwhile, I am curious as to the roles who could claim as visiting someone. Either @Roswellis a Mafia/3rd party. Or he's the Blaine. Whichever it is, it's a dangerous game. I would suggest everyone beore careful with your words....unless ofcourse your evil intent. Then by all means, make mistakes.
  8. Well that's interesting. I was hoping to Divine what character Dive was by his statement of no night action. Surprisingly only a few have night actions. Not that helpful. :/
  9. Oh, right....be in like 8 hours until I can. At work lol
  10. Sigh..... @Cronos5010, so I couldn't object in game due to my character not hearing the conversation. It's obviously late to object out of game. So instead my inquiry is simply this. Do you wish to be saved? @lifesapity, is his character savable? I know in game my character would do what he can to save the rest of the party and believe he is a lost cause. @Cool Girl, My character would try to save you first, he's pragmatic that way. Would you fight my attempt to pull you out of the hall, or would you relent? @DragonRage, your character is a crazy man streaking naked towards the murderous beasts. My character sees no point in even trying to help you when the cleric is in danger. Sorry dude.
  11. Yautja pulls both Baldy and Althea back behind the doors and says "Ragash! Andronis! Close the doors! Somebody tell me what happened!" As he tries his best to save the rest of the party from an equally gruesome fate.
  12. I take the lead as we exit the room, heading back to the main chamber and making sure the alchemist doesn't step on the runes
  13. Yautja starts to pull the chain links, trying hard to break them seeing as the group seems to lack the usual types for this kind of work
  14. Yautja follows the others to the dwarf and upon hearing his name he says "don't ya worry Alchemist, I'll have you out in a jiffy" then he looks over at the bard and says "hold this chain still, and I'll be able to break it."
  15. Yautja hears the conversation, and the loud dwarf, and speaks up "If your done trying to be the monster tamer, we have some work ahead, and I can deal plenty with chains"
  16. Yautja holds his Halberd in front of the dead in this tomb, looking right at Ragash as he speaks in a calm tone "disturb not the dead here, bad luck falls on those who do"
  17. Yautja mutters to himself something about shocking results
  18. Now I'm gonna have to rework my spreadsheet. Sigh....well, I'm with majority.
  19. Yautja turns the corner to the left and swings his large Halberd at the swarm of small vermin attacking the Paladin, his pose a rather unsteady one yet remaining capable of striking the creatures hard as he mutters to himself under his breath
