You can use wonder trade feature in the trade option. Note:Wonder trade feature won't work if you bring an unreleased mon with you.

I can give you a pinsir For the 2nd question,the lady gives you a sea incense and pixie plate I suppose. If you had evolved or igglybuff you can no longer have it.... The same problem occured with me but I got the lady's igglybiff in wonder trade.
