Haze 11 badges would be closest but is still past where you want it to be you need roughly 9 badges Currently it doesn't look possible have u manually deleted any if so check garbage can -

Did you start a new game after giving up of just accept the loss If it's same file you'll need to check your backup files for one in around that time and rename it game(.rxdata) the extension should come automatically -
Not interested in Pokemon more interested in items, especially sellables or heart scales, so anything you don't need pokémon wise is fine @Dante-K I'm on currently just got home probably will disappear for 15 to shower at some point
