  1. Spicy HG looked up at Solomon and the new girl. "I-I'm not sure." The few tears that had fallen seemed to have stopped now and she looked down at the smears of blood on her hands. She reached up to rub her temples with the clean palms of her hands. "Ow my head. It feels like someone is pounding on it with a sledge hammer--" She cut off for a second as she winced in pain, gritting her teeth, "And on second thought the sledge hammer wasn't this bad." She took a couple short breaths then looked up at Solomon. "You wouldn't happen to have a recipe for divine strength headache medicine in one of those books would you?"
  2. Spicy HG climbed off of Magnum's bus after a long and somewhat awkward trip with the beginnings of a killer headache. She quickly made her way to the Barracks, looking for somewhere quiet, dark, and peaceful to sleep out her now throbbing head. She found a nice empty bunk to lay down in and take a nap, one of her bigger mistakes to boot. As soon as she closed her eyes she became trapped by a rush of visions, thousands of voices whispering in her ears, glimpses of hopes, dreams, happiness, sadness, and tragedy flashed before her eyes. A thousand or more prayers flowed in the second she let her guard down the slightest bit. She tossed and turned in the bed for several minutes as more visions flew past until they all came to focus on the same image, a battlefield, or more like scorched earth littered with dozens of bodies, and a woman floating a few inches off the ground in the middle of it all. She was tall, at least a foot and a half taller than Spicy HG and wore a tight pale grey bodysuit with matching thigh-highs and arm length gloves, she had long white hair with the occasional streak of grey or silver and a single streak of brilliant red, her skin was almost as pale as her clothes from her back sprouted wings of cinder and ash. Blood poured down her face from her eyes and mouth staining her nigh pristine form, her hands too were bloody up to her forearms, and the occasional smear of blood could be seen elsewhere. In her hands was a long glaive, its blade glowing brightly and trailing white flames. The woman turned to face Spicy HG's mind's eye with bloodshot eyes and pupils in the shape of power symbols, the moment eye contact was made the trance broke and Spicy HG shot awake in a cold sweat and heavy breathing. She pulled herself up in the bed and started looking to see if anyone was around when something dripped from her eyes, tears maybe? She didn't feel sad, though her headache was just as bad and she now felt sick at her stomach. She glanced down to see two tiny crimson circles on the sheet, she quickly reached up to wipe at her eyes, only succeeding in smearing the blood dipping out of them.
  3. Frigus charges forward striking twice at the tank with the intention to leave several long gouges in the thing's armor. Frigus makes a Basic Keyblade Attack dealing 3d8+9 damage to the Sectopod, Combo+ triggers allowing him to follow up with a Combo Keyblade Attack for another 3d8+9 damage.
  4. Underground Cabin(Kusuke and Satomi): Int check: 10 vs 13. Satomi looks closely at the lock, bringing the fine clockwork-like machinery into focus. It's roughly the size of a saucer and vaguely triangular, strangely shaped pieces of metal of a different composition from the main body protrude from each of the points. Two of the metal pieces Satomi deduces will react to heat or cold, expanding or contracting within the lock respectively. The third piece however(a strange sort of coil, not dissimilar from a spring) baffles her, she simply can't think of anything that it would do, it doesn't rotate, or slide, or twist, or move in any way, it isn't "springy" like she would expect instead it's wrapped around and fused to a rod. If triggered properly Satomi figures the lock would've separated into two pieces, leaving two-thirds on the door frame and the other third on the door itself. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dye Trader(Alyssa): The Dye Trader looks extremely surprised, not in a way though. He reaches one hand up to his beard and strokes his chin while he speaks. "My, my, you are a special one. I wonder..." With a snap change of focus he drops his hands and starts walking towards the back door of his house before turning around to face her. "You can call me Hiram, and please follow me, I've got something spectacular to show you." Assuming Alyssa follows she would be greeted by a room of dye making equipment and then further into a storage room with dozens of sealed bottles on the walls, each labeled with the ingredients and date they were made. Hiram walks over and moves a small stepladder into position before climbing to the top of one of the shelves, he removes two bottles and climbs down before ushering her back into the dye making room. "I've only ever found the ingredients to make these dyes once, do you think you could copy them with that brush of yours?"
  5. Carl looked up at Issac as he finished putting gravy on the last plate of Shit-on-a-Shingle(A slab of dry bread covered in shredded or cut meat and gravy). "Oi! Quit yer mumbling and come get yer food. Wouldn't want to miss the last of the roast would ya?" He dropped the ladle in the bottom of the pot before setting it aside and sitting down with his own plate of food.
  6. Search: 15 vs 4, Kusuke notices the box-like shape of a chest against the back wall of the room, half covered in assorted debris and caked with dust.
  7. Inside the room Kusuke would see cobwebs and dust covering almost everything, as well as evidence of some small animal having lived here in the past. On the back side of the door Kusuke see a complex and intricate lock that(at first glace) makes absolutely no sense what so ever. He also notices that the hinges are barely holding together and a gentle kick or perhaps breathing too hard near it would bring the door down. The surrounding structural supports appear to be in at least somewhat better condition.
  8. Frigus takes a half step back from the walking tank thing before lifting up his Keyblade and casting Cure. Frigus uses Cure on himself and the ally with the lowest HP, restoring 1d4+9 HP each.
  9. Now getting a closer look they could see that the building had two floors as it was built on the side of the cave wall. The lower floor had a stout and sturdy door the looked like it was still locked as well as the owner had left it. Right next too it was a large rotting hole in the wall, big enough for either of the to squeeze through. The upper floor had a set of stone steps that led to another door on the side of the building, from what they could see from below the second door hadn't fared as well as the first and had been reduced to little more than a couple rotten boards.
  10. The spice obsessed cook: (Backstory to come later)
  11. The torch illuminated the crack briefly as it flew past, revealing it to simply be a short passageway that led to another chamber, where the torch landed. Standing on this side of the crack in the wall Kusuke and Satomi could see that the next room seemed to be larger than the one they were in, dry, and mostly circular. At the edges of the light cast by Kusuke's torch they could see the shape of a small structure like a house or cabin made of wood and stone and in severe disrepair.
  12. Underground Pond(Kusuke & Satomi): Kusuke grabs Satomi and they blink through space-time, teleporting forward over the pool several times and eventually making it to the lower shelf on the other side. Behind them is the pool then an almost sheer cliff leading up to the ledge and opening to the upper caverns. A feint slapping sound reveals the presence of an almost cantaloupe size slime that somehow managed to survive their onslaught, trying to climb onto the bank and attack them. Opposite the entrance was a smooth rounded cave wall, off to the left a bit there was a short and narrow crack in the wall the led off into the darkness. Beyond it Kusuke can feel an almost pulse-like pounding of magical power, whatever he's looking for he's close.
  13. Tim takes the canister and imprints the whole canister, the liquid Eco, and the empty canister, while he works he asks Law some questions about the substances. "What exact does this 'Precursor metal' do? and you said Green Eco, are there other types?" After finishing up and getting a response he pulls a whole canister of Eco out and hands it back to Law. "There we go, if you need any more canisters of this Green Eco, the Precursor metal, or the liquid Eco just say something."
  14. "Exactly that." Tim said looking down towards the small creature. "I can transmute things by first imprinting them, then by converting them to a sort of metaphysical 'currency', and then taking that 'currency' and turning it into anything I have imprinted. If you come across anything interesting or that you might want more of later run it past me and I can see if I can make an imprint of it."
  15. He took the spear and looked it over. "Interesting weapon you've got here. Well made too." Over a couple seconds he focused on the spear, the flames started from his hand and quickly crawled over the weapon, though not as instantly as before. Once he finished he handed the spear back to Lily and bent down to a circle burnt into the ground with the same white and pink fire. From within the circle he pull out an exact copy of her spear. He nodded as he looked it over, then he put away his Philosopher's stone and pulled out a small knife with which he got to work separating the head and shaft of the spear. Once separated he dropped the shaft into the circle where it completely disappeared, he looked at the crystal again for a second, testing its weight and looking through it in the light before finally imprinting it with flames as well. "A very nice material, I'll definitely be able to find something to do with it." He offered the crystal back to Lily.
  16. After seeing his gravity spell ware off and the two creatures fall dead Frigus turned and took one long step towards the last one. First he tried to slam the edge of his Keyblade into the back of its head, then he followed up with an upward strike from the other direction. Frigus uses a Basic Keyblade Attack on the last Muton, dealing 3d8+9 to it. Combo+ triggers and he attacks again for another 3d8+9 damage.
  17. Tim took the piece of skin and with his other hand pulled out his Philosopher's stone. With a burst of white and pink flames he imprinted the hide and handed it back. "Thank you. I just copied that piece of skin into my Philosopher's stone here, if you ever need more say something. I con't make infinite items, but well...I could turn a large pile of rocks into one of these."
  18. As Tim walked towards the back of the facility he overheard some of Lilly's conversation with ORION and noticed the large bundle of scaly hide she carried. "Excuse me, while I do intend on investigating the underground I would like to know what exactly that is--" He pointed to the Death Wyvern hide. "--and if you would mind me borrowing it for a moment?"
  19. Spicy HG nodded slowly. "I don't think there will be any atonement in fighting for me, but moving from world to world may stave off the inevitable for a time." She gave a somewhat forced smile and took a deep breath. "Wow. I really am eating my own words about being a ball of angst and loathing. I did not think that would come back to bite me so quickly. Anyway, don't worry about me fearing you anymore. I just, have to get over what you remind me of." She seemed to have relaxed at least some over the course of the conversation, no longer holding tightly plastered to the window or refusing to look at Mitsurugi.
  20. She turned to look at Mitsurugi, trying desperately to keep a straight and determined look on her face. "I know, and you haven't done anything to wrong me. It's just--" She stopped for a second with a soft sigh, she glanced downward and away with an almost forlorn look. "It's just that I've spent a very long time trying to....avoid confrontation from the Goddesses of my world. After leaving my world I thought I would be free, but after meeting you...I don't know. It's like a tidal wave of memories and terror." She tried to straighten out her expression before looking up again.
  21. As Mitsurugi sat down Spicy HG sort of recoiled, pulling herself in close and sliding over as far towards the window as she could. She looked out the window and seemingly did everything she could to avoid Mitsurugi without actually saying anything. Mitsurugi might notice that Spicy HG seemed to have (if only slightly) more energy than before and with a closer look she would see something hidden beneath the surface, something just as angry, bloodthirsty, and hysterical as it was drained of power.
  22. Spicy HG banished the charged flames around her Glaive and watched as the Wyverns faded from existence. "And you didn't even drop me any loot! Worthless piles of..." She trailed off, her attention drawn to the interaction between Snow and the others. "Seriously Snow, we're not all balls of angst and loathing." Her tone of voice and demeanor made it seem like she was being sarcastic...probably. After finishing her statement and hardly waiting for Snow's response she turned around and started walking back to the bus. Coincidentally avoiding any eye contact with Mitsurugi. She stepped up and half into the bus before turning to look back. "Come on, let's head back to the castle and figure out where the next big bad is. Plus, I get the feeling something is about to change."
  23. Frigus jumps into the fray! Frigus uses a Basic Keybalde Attack on the two Mutons affected by Gravity, dealing 3d8+9 to both. Combo+ triggers and he attacks again for another 3d8+9 damage. Loadout:
  24. Frozen Lake(Jun, Toshiro, Lucille, Leo, Calvera): Rose jumped slightly when Vera started speaking for Lucille, she looked at the bird for a moment before putting two and two together. "No, I um...We should really start making our way back to town. I've already had plenty of time to come to terms with things." She looked over to Jun as she asked her about the Corruption. "No not much, I always tried to stay away from that place because of how dangerous it is." She shook her head and looked around before shrugging, "Whole lot of good it did me though." The road back to the village was fairly quiet tonight, Calvera might recognize the place where her and Arminius fought the slimes and elementals this morning as they got closer to the village. They would make it back just before dark and with a little time before the Dryad was to arrive. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bottom of the Mine(Kusuke and Satomi): About two hours of work after first seeing the problem and Satomi(with Kusuke's help) had built a "small" and "portable" siege weapon that fired small cannonball-like spheres. Follow up with a few minutes of peppering the slimes with stone shrapnel and the vast majority had either been dealt with or cut down to a small enough size they where helpless.
