    I found another cell. It's in the top-left corner of Teila Harbor. It was night time, but chances are that it can be found during the day too.

    1.) The Item Finder detects the Purple Nectar dispenser in Huma Meadow. 2.) The Help Corp receptionist in Kakori Village keeps repeating "Oh! You got the Pokemon back. Take that as a reward." even though I finished the quest in version 8 and the room in which I acquired said Pokemon can be entered, but after leaving I can't go back in. This can be repeated as much as you want by simply leaving the building and re-entering.

    For those who might still need an Up-Grade/Link Heart, I found one in the Hidden Cave inside the Xen Backup Lab. You need Rock Climb to reach the Up-Grade. Check the shelf:

    If she's in Nightmare City, then she is somewhere in GDC because Nightmare City seems to be a mirror image of GDC, like two sides of the same coin. Maybe Crescent was turned to stone? But, no, not crescent. He specifically mentioned the person that gave us their ticket and ran off after Latios flew above the train before we entered GDC.

    I've been all over Gearen/East Gearen trying to find a way into that isolated shack with the ladder next to it. Only one NPC even mentions it. I checked inside every building I could and the sewers to no avail. Perhaps it has something to do with the locked Parks and Recreation Center?
