I hope you dont mind if I give my opinion as well. I like this version, with purple as its main colour, better. The purple isnt as harsh as the orange. However, I also feel like the orange on the mega isnt quite right. It seems to be a different orange compared to tyranitar, not as bright. And are the toes of the mega supposed to have dots? But Im far from an expert, so feel free to leave him like that

I'm not sure how long you want to wait, but if it's taking too long I wouldn't mind doing skarmory. Just say the word, if you'd like me to do it!

Here's stantler with same colours and without hat. Edit: so, I already started on the sprite of mismagius because I made misdreavus as wel. I gave mismagius a different colour than misdreavus because as non-shinies their colours are different as well. However, I did make the orange and red match. And, quick question: I can't make mismagius's backsprite with the sprites from the game, right? Because they're not the right sprites?

Here you go, Bellossom's backsprite. I'm glad that you like this one, was definitely more difficult to make than the other three. I have a nice idea for the stantler sprite, but I have no idea if I'll succeed. Might be to diffucult...

Oh, you're right, that is strange. Especially because marill's backsprite does have white dots. It looks a bit weird when you put the sprites next to one another. But, if it's in the original sprites...

So, I already started on bellossom early. I tried to do something a bit more difficult this time. I know it doesn't match oddish/gloom, but that wasn't a requirement, right? Also, Jan, you put my name behind corsola. I don't know who requested it, but it's not me. I requested bellossom and stantler.

I really love this design. I've seen some of your other work too, and they're all great. You're really good at this. One thing though, isn't the tail of the back sprite of the azumarill supposed to have white dots as well?

So, here are the backsprites for the spiders! Almost done with misdreavus's backsprite. (Here's to hoping that some pokemon will be left for me...) Edit: So, here's the backsprite for misdreavus. If all my sprites are approved I'd like to do Mega charizard X and bellossom next. Also, question about the togepi contest: are we allowed to enter more than one design?

I use graphics gale. Im not an expert on it, but Im using it because it was suggested in the previous thread for making shinies for gen 1. Ame has some videos on youtube to explain how it works.

But I also like the fact that it's more of a challenge. Keep up the good work! p.s.s. One last thing, I love your design for the chikorita line.

So, I finished misdreavus and spinerak/ariados. I hope it's not too bad, it's my first time editing a sprite. If there are ways I can improve, please tell me! And I'm sorry, I don't know how to remove the background... Here is misdreavus: I already made this one, when I read your comment Jan. About the fact that you want less black shinys. So I made an alternative: Pick the one you like best. And one question: am I allowed/supposed to make mismagius right now as well? Because it's a different gen, but it's also an evolution of misdreavus... I was working on this spinerak, when I got a different idea... I decided to reverse the colours Again, pick which one you like best. (Though, personally, I like the red one better. I don't like the red on the smiley of the first one). I'll wait for you to approve them, before starting on the backsprites. So, probably tomorrow.
