Concerning the Farfetch'd quest: you need to place Farfetch'd first in your party. You don't necessarily have to name him Dux or DUX. Concerning Nidorina: I believe this is a known bug, where the silver ring is changed from a key item to a normal item or the other way around. Exactly like luis said. If you go to options, you'll see 'screen size'. You can set this to S, M, L, or Full. Beware that you can't soft-reset the game when in full screen mode. The game will then crash

I don't think that has anything to do with this. I believe this trade got axed, because you get Chikorita after having renovated the Azurine Research Center. So if he chose to renovate something else, he'll get Chikorita somewhere in the future

There is this thread for Pokémon Rejuvenation. They use custom shiny sprites. The program they use is GraphicsGale. Look for it somewhere at the bottom of the introducing post. You might want to try to set up a stealth rock, but make sure that that pokemon has sturdy, otherwise, you can't do it because Togekiss will outspeed you. Furthermore, try using trick room so that you get to go first for at least some turns. I really liked using boldore for the stealth rock, he's catchable in the caves before Calcenon city
