Perhaps later, with an event. Tyranitar is good right now to be included. As long as access to Larvitar does not equal access to Deino, I see no reason not to have access to another Pseudo-Legendary. Ame confirmed we get another Pseudo in E17 and its most likely to be Garchomp, Larvitar is an event in tanzan Mt and requires rock climb, which im fairly sure we get from hardy also garchomp doesnt learn EQ unless TM so its moveset wont be too broken
