why tf do people these days reflex action is to video other people's misery instead of doing something about it? 

i keep seeing alot of this shit in the news. Instead of helping or calling for help this peeps videos it instead. What are they even hoping for? cant they use their phone to call the police or something? or is there some sort of fad im not hearing about? Then again I'm a boat so my opinions are invalid.
