garden eels! only found when diving b/c they don't leave the ocean floor, so they'd be a lot like diglett, just... underwater? there could be a really cool and really frustrating underwater area w/ patches of tall seaweed that could either be seaweed or just a group of garden eels lmao (tynamo is a thing but... imo they're more leeches than eels and not even water types smh also the final evo has arms what's up w/ that) more sarcasm
