Yeah, I had one, but before e15 my pc crashed and I lost my game. Now I have rebooted one from someone where I "started" only with my team, boxes were empty (thanks god that I sent screens of my whole team w/ moves and ivs too to my friend days before my pc died).
In e16 it was supposed to be in lapis (that says guide, not me), but there isnt any accesable water now

I'd think the Lapis carvanha is the one Archer gives you (his base is off to the side of the orphanage, if you pay attention to the shaded area). As far as I was aware, there was never any water to fish in Lapis though
