In Gen7, the Elite Four will grow in level with each rematch, capping at 85-89. Let's be honest, 100 is asking a bit much of Pokemon.

That was me forgetting to hit "Comment." Oops. The exceptions are Arceus, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Slaking, and Regigigas. The latter two would gain access to each-other's abilities, while the others would retain their current mono-ability state. Apologies on the 30-minute-late clarification.
Also, Thomas, these usually aren't serious predictions. The wording was on purpose, but, well.. ^

In Gen7, Magnet Pull will additionally draw Steel-type moves like Storm Drain, but without immunity/etc.
