Nerf fairy. Like, a lot. A REAL LOT. That type is freaking overpowered. Bug resistance is absurd, for instance. And I would make it resist dragon instead of being immune. It's not like dragon needs a nerf, it's not a good type offensively. What pokemon in Ubers would you make OU and vice versa?

Exactly a year ago, Ame posted this on the forum. Here we are, a year has passed and there's only a thing I can say: Congratulations Ame! You made it. You broke the statistic. Happy 24th birthday! I would also want to add how much I admire you, both as a person and as a game designer. Not just you made one of the best games I've ever played, as well as setting a new paradigm for all the upcoming pokemon fangames, but you also gave it away for free. After having worked in game development myself, I know the huge effort that requires to make one, and the act of generosity of giving away for free the fruit of that huge effort is for me admirable. I really hope you can one day live from making games, because you have the three elements needed for it: you have the passion for game design, you have the capacity of working hard and not giving up, and you definitely have the talent. I also want to thank you for this place. I really enjoy this small community where you end up getting to know the people. I also love this atmosphere of friendship and tolerance where everyone is so supportive and friendly. In general, I feel at home in the Reborn forums, and none of this would exist without you. I don't know if it will be the next but the quantum computer will definitely be a big thing. If you could have any pokemon irl, what would it be?

I consider it to be okay for two reasons: 1) Reborn is a single player game with no multiplayer at all. Therefore, any decision you make will alter only your experience of the game and won't give you any unfair advantage over other people like cheating in a PvP game would. 2) Time is the only limited resource we have, so I don't think it's wrong to try to save onself some time by editing the save file. It won't have any impact on gameplay and it will save you time.

The fastest way is to edit your game with RPGMaker to put the nature you want and then toss a Heart Scale. You need to have RPGMaker for that though.

You need to rename the save file you want to play Game.rxdata. The file called Game.rxdata is the active save file. The rest are all backups. With the program you'll see that each game has its own Play button. You just need to click play on the game you want to play and the program will perform all the renaming and moving stuff for you.

What do you mean with "reloading"?

All of this is only valid if you are on Windows. I have no idea how save files work in Mac or Linux. Long answer: Each time you save your game a backup is created in the folder "C://Users//[username]//Saved Games//Pokemon Reborn", so even if you start a new game you will have the last backup of your previous game in that folder. When Pokemon Reborn starts, it loads the save file called Game.rxdata so in order to change the game you are playing you need to name Game.rxdata the save file of the game you want to play. It's also convenient to have the last backup of each of your games in a separate folder or you'll get mad looking in the Saved Games folder.
