check in C:\users\username\saved games\pokemon reborn it should be named as Game.rxdata

I don't think that power items are currently in the game. Assault vest and dragon fang are unavailable in current version. -
It is never a good idea to update to new version when you're in the middle of the story and you should also check for proper locations to save before updating. But anyway you will have to redo all the Angie story because a lot of things have changed in events there from v6

You have to go to Valor mt thru route 5 to continue the story, I was able to do that on your save file. Also which version of the game are you playing?

please check if you're on v8.1 because I was able to enter Sp.Def room in your save file

Try Opal ward, Malchous Forest adn Beryl Ward for Pidgey that's where I've always gotten mine For beldum I can only say that you should keep trying to catch it because beludum has a really low catch rate or wait until you can get ultra balls
