I think it should be fixed. Having a substitute up should not have any effect while attacking.

I'm guessing we should make pivot moves skip the switching effect if the target holds a Red Card then.

This is a funny one. Turns out Refrigirate is completely fine - Aurorus Explosion is ice type. What isn't fine is Mega Glaile. When it explodes it internally reverts to base form and loses the ability Regrigerate. This happens before the explosion deals damage so it effectively no longer has the ability at that point.
Same issue would apply to Mega Pinsir, Salamence, Altaria and Gardevoir.

Ame already confirmed that event moves should be added consistently to all legendaries. But nobody went through all of them to find out what moves are missing. Genesect is a known example.

@cactuspeargamer Sorry that we only got to it now. Malamar seems to have been already fixed but the Hitmontop was still an issue. It's fixed now. If you wanna post more, go ahead!

@Azeria I assume they mean that the AI is trying to use Sucker Punch against a faster pokemon with Gale Wings which would fail similarly to chessboard king. However I don't think it can be fixed because Gale Wings only works on flying moves and the AI doesn't know the opponent's move pool, nor the fact the opponent has Gale Wings.

Just so that you know we went through all cases of `rand` and `array.sample` in battle code and made sure they're using the RNG seeds properly. So desyncs should be gone pretty much entirely unless there is some case caused by the order of operations rather than RNG.

Hey, one of the devs here. Happy to see this happening. Please report bugs desyncs and other bugs normally, we'll try to fix them for you.

Are you sure this is still the case in latest 19.5? If yes please report it to bug reports too. It's not supposed to be happening.

I found an extremely suspicious block of code regarding unaware and attack stat. It didn't make any sense to myself, Falirion or Azery so I ended up removing it entirely. Most likely it was causing this problem.

This isn't very actionable bug report.
1. the name is wrong, this is most likely just glitch field issue rather than unaware issue
2. you didn't say how you lowered quagsire's attack
3. you didn't include a save file with steps to reproduce the issue
4. note that quagsire is seeded so it doesn't get stab - maybe the damage was lower than you expected because of that rather than attack reduction?

Don't piggy back on old issues like this. Anyway I fixed it now. Sheer Force should now disable the target's Kee Berry, Maranga Berry, Eject Button and Red Card.

@Herein This seems to be a save file conversion issue. I'm guessing you updated to 19.5 just recently? Can you provide a 19.16 backup of the save file before conversion?
By the way did you by any chance begin the playthrough even before e19?
