  2. Oh good, I was worried that she wouldn't be there to shrek nubs. Now I wonder if Mrs. Crash has been relocated to Grand Dream as well. Also, Gearen for most reworked area in Rejuv? At least for the number of times.
  3. Oh, so does this mean that Big Bad Battle Girl with her overleveled mons is no longer there? RIP my dark type training strategy.
  4. So I don't know if any of you watch Drawfee, but they did a video of what they thought the starters would evolve into, and you CANNOT tell me they did not get the personality of Rowlett's evo just right.

  5. So mega stones will not be allowed in vgc, at least for this year, which will make this interesting, which also may mean that there are no new megas(which is sad) because if there were new megas you would think that megas would be allowed in vgc.
  6. The starter designs sure seem to be going the way of the leaked ones, but coupled with the fact that the secret behind the starters may be split evolutions, which would be great in my opinion. Kinda meh about everything else, the plaza seems like Join Avenue and the PC thing is like the dream world. Nice to know we do have mega evolution back, finally shuts up the people who were convinced we wouldn't.
  7. 1771 reverse reverse!

In terms of art style, i really like this. More *Polished* detail to little things (which in retrospect are really noticeable) and some other nice goodies are present, like that nice shading, and the details like the glow on the grim's eyes is really cool.

IN terms of combat, and fast paced sequences like that, its slightly better than season 3, but nothing... as unique as monty's ambitious original way of sequencing fights. I mean i do like how there is detail in the fight...

in which this is paired really well with the new artstyle, but some of the gripes i have with the combat is how repetitive it seems, like i noticed that ruby was doing some suspiciously similar spins in the fight with the boss grim, not like a fight move or a strategy. but rather just a copy and pasted animation. Another thing i found distasteful is how there are these second long pauses during the fights, and tbh i found them out of place. Y'know, fights are supposed to be fast paced and...

these second long poses, dont really capture that too well.

Overall, compared to season 3, it isnt groundbreaking, but its a step in the right direction for RWBY. Even so, changing too much from the last season would be unnatural for the series, so this is defiently a good compromise between old and new, and this makes for an exciting new season i am defienytly looking forward to!
