Only rename the one that's called "game.rxdata", since the Game one is the only save file Reborn reads. If there's no save file named "Game", it will start a new one. But you should make sure that it's something recognizable so you can go back to it if you want.

I don't remember about move animations, but the Pokemon moving animations from BW were indeed taken out. Maybe somebody who remembers the old episodes knows.

You might not want to use the Pokedex too often, since it's inaccurate when it comes to Events. Instead, use the location guide in the On the Hunt subforum. Meowstic is another good option, specifically Male due to Prankster + Dual Screens (which may help you live hits), but it can't do much offensively. Your best bets are either Medicham, Gardevoir, or Gallade. Medicham and Gallade are great due to Fighting typing, and Gardevoir isn't too bad either, just specially oriented rather than physical. Use this thread to help you find them.

You can go back to 7th Street and buy all of the caged Pokemon if you haven't already. Arclight will give you a Lucky Egg in E15. If you already got an Exp Share before, go back there and the event should replay so you get a Lucky Egg.

For most computers, press F12 to soft reset. There are indeed shinies in this game, and the chance of getting one was increased to about 1%. Also, there are custom shiny sprites for almost every Pokemon so uglier ones can be cooler/funnier. ninja'd :c

Step 1) Get Kricketot. Step 2) Grind Kricketot in the Alleys until it has Fury Cutter and evolves. Step 3) Sweep Julia's team or at least most of it with Fury Cutter spam.
