  1. Alright, time for me to tell y'all some of my Dark Monotype experiences. Malamar for A/S Rank: Ability: Contrary is the best, but Infiltrator could also be used. Moves: Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Superpower (goes well with Contrary), Hypnosis/Pluck (for those berries)/Light Screen/Destiny Bond Malamar has the coveted Ability Contrary, which makes it an absolute beast if it can set up while still doing some very nice damage with Superpower. It also has Psycho Cut and Night Slash as its two best STABs as of right now. Those three moves just simply must be on your Malamar. Your fourth move slot if your choice, however. Hypnosis, while having low accuracy, could be useful for Pokemon that are particularly annoying. Pluck gives some decent coverage while also stealing any opponent's berry, which could be useful for the early game, when Sitrus Berries are still being used. Light Screen is just there to boost your team's Special Defense, and Destiny Bond is very nice, since Malamar doesn't have the best Defenses. Overall, this Pokemon has quite a bit of utility if it manages to set up. Greninja for S Rank: Ability: Protean Moves: Surf/Hydro Pump/Waterfall, Dark Pulse/Night Slash, Extrasensory, Spikes/Toxic Spikes/Haze/Mat Block/Acrobatics Greninja is probably one of the best Dark types ever. With the great insta-STAB ability, Protean, this Pokemon can be a menace as a Physical, Special, or Mixed Attacker! The first three moves are pretty obvious things you'd want to have one a Greninja. As for the last one, Spikes and Toxic Spikes are great for setting things up, but you probably want to kill things before they kill you. Haze is only for the situation where Pokemon can set up. Mat Block is more used for Doubles, since most people know what big trainers' teams are and don't need to scout, and Acrobatics can just be used for coverage. Greninja is definitely a great glass cannon for a Dark Monotype! Liepard for C/B Rank: Abiltiy: Prankster Moves: Fake Out, Night Slash/Sucker Punch, Play Rough, Sand Attack/Taunt/Attract/Charm/Yawn/Encore Liepard is a very fast Pokemon with decent offenses. Plus, most of its moves gain some form of Priority. Fake Out is a first-turn attack, Night Slash or Sucker Punch is Liepard's best STAB, Play Rough is for coverage and that slight chance of lowering Attack, and those last few moves all are moves that have Priority from Prankster, each being useful in some way. Attract and Yawn are for stopping the opponent, Taunt and Encore are for Pokemon setting up, Charm is simply for lowering Attack, and Sand Attack, my personal favorite, can be used to try to make the opponent miss every attack. Liepard was especially useful for those battles meant to be lost or just hard battles in general, seeing that Sand Attack has priority and can be used so that every boss could potentially miss. In addition, Liepard is one of the earliest Pokemon you can get, so it's great for the beginning-middle of the game!
  2. I believe most Event Pokemon have random moves. I don't know if Fennekin in particular only gets Wish as its move, but you may soft reset to get different moves on other event Pokemon like Igglybuff.
  3. I suppose I'll let you in on another secret. A certain Pokemon that was formerly available in the Obsidia Ward has made itself into the Mystery Egg. However, there's another way to get one, like some of the others.
  4. Actually, you can find wild Panchams all over the Slums. You have no idea how many I ran into before finally getting a Makuhita...
  5. Well, good luck on Corey. I wonder how you'll do, with Poison type moves being ineffective to both sides. Venonat could be useful for his battle. Stun Spore and Psybeam!
  6. I know that Stantler and Duskull was axed, and maybe Timburr? Idk about that. Girafarig is still a Shadow Pokemon, isn't it? As for the others, well, some of them are now wild Pokemon, but they still could potentially be Shadow Pokemon, like Vivillon (it's available as Scatterbug/Spewpa on Route 1, and Rorrim B has one).
  7. Burn it with Will-o-Wisp/Flame Body and then lower its Attack with Granbull's Intimidate and Charm is probably the best strategy, for Cincinno and also Slaking, Ambipom, and Swellow (although you can't burn that one). After that, just spam good Attacks like Fighting types move or powerful STABs. Cincinno, although fast, is very frail, so if you can live a hit after doing this strategy, you should be golden. If you're still having trouble, perhaps you should post your team in this thread: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=13887
  8. Sadly, I don't think any other Pokemon with Flame Body are available as of yet. Slugma not being available yet surprises me, though.
  9. Welcome to your Wonderland! "We hope to see you again!"
  10. You know what would be cool? If somebody had the Julia, Florinia, Amaria, and Titania Sims in Sims 3 University (although I'm not sure how bringing them from Sims 4 to Sims 3 would work out...). It would be Onyx Trainer School! In another class, Fern and Hardy would be together, and maybe Kiki, Cal, and Victoria would be visiting the school for a trip away from Apophyll Academy! Anyways, looking forward for when Shay finally posts her pictures of DJ Arc, the Doctor, and any others she made.
  11. Ooh, this could be nice. I'll post here with some results of my old Dark Mono later. BTW, I don't think one post will be enough to fit every ranking. There's a ton of Pokemon, and you may get an error if you go above the limit that one post can take. And there will be al lot of posts to delete if a mod deleted all the posts til your second one... Maybe you should make another thread just for the rankings and have this the suggestions for rankings thread? If you make a new thread, you should have one post per type. Anyways, hope you take ny suggestion into consideration!
  12. If this is like Reborn, if you have the TM, you keep it. Where the TM will now be is where you will get Keta's new TM. Check Shing's Item Guide. There are a few already.
  13. Fumble

    Shiny Pokemon

There's already a 1/100 chance to get one, already higher than the normal games...
  14. Um, are you playing on a Mac? If not, it's easy - go to the unzipped episode you want to play and play the game in that folder. Your save file is elsewhere. As for Macs, idk.
  15. I might experiment with this, since I got a Golett first. After that, I got a Natu like Etesian says below (I think?). But anyways, I'd assume the totem part that's on the bottom is the Pokemon you get from doing the events.
  16. Actually, a lot of Ace Members did during the beta. Like me.
  17. Things I've learned from other posts:
  18. Even though I don't use the Trainer Card, I'm on a mission to get all the Pokedolls from the Sprite Shop. Ran out of Rupees for now, but I have 7 of them currently.

  19. Moves? Abilities? Items? BTW, for a neat formatting, put your team into a spoiler and you could make it look like this: Anyways, judging by just this information about your team, I think Paralyzing Arceus with Ampharos would be a good start. If Ampharos can't live a Dark Pulse or Hyper Beam or whatever, wait for Arceus to kill one of your other Pokemon with Hyper Beam and then switch into Ampharos. You have a free turn, since Arceus needs recharge, and Paralyzing Arceus could be helpful for your other Pokemon to outspeed. Anyways, after Arceus is Paralyzed, you can proceed to just keep hitting it.
  20. Pokemon Essentials, I do believe. Oh, and what Jeri posted down below.
  21. Ooh, sneak peeks to Heather, Shelly, and Corey! BTW, YOU FORGOT SERRA AND BENNETT AND ZEL HOW COULD YOU SHAY ADD THEM TO THE MAIN POSTS
