From what i understand it is kinda like a japanese maid cafe... but with butlers rather than maids. I have never seen a Host Club, but i have been to a maid cafe (it was at an anime con) and the maids make you decent food and treats and often put on a show. From what i have seen, they hold conversations, Sing and Dance, and bring you food... idk what this is about... but it sounds kinda fun to be honest
