      I think it's subjective. I like Sharpedo better so I find it stronger. That speed boost protect combo. oof. :D

      Starmie as it's more versatile and less frail, but neither are bad options.

      The correct answer is: it depends. Both have pros and cons, and they are in general very different Pokemon that serve very different roles in a team. So yeah, I cannot tell you which one is the best FOR YOU without knowing the specific needs of your team...
