  1. But Ho-oh is clearly a roast turkey, ICSW! Also Aika, we do need a true porcupine Pokemon, but Sandslash isn't one. It's a Pangolin, and Sandshrew is actually not a shrew but an Armadillo. They're both related, but not to porcupines. Also, how about a Woodpecker Pokemon? Or a Crane? I can't believe we don't have a single wading bird. Imagine the fun we could have of there was a Heron, Egret or Flamingo Pokémon? A big, pink, flamboyant flamingo.
  2. O has very few Pokemon, and none of them steel... Sigh. Omastar.
  3. G E N E S E C T Let the destruction begin.
  4. Luxray isn't even a canine though. It's a lynx/lion hybrid. Anyways: DOLPHIN: We need a true bottlenose, narwhal or Beluga. Kyogre is great and all, but it's not quite the first thing that comes to mind when you say dolphin. Besides, its not like dolphins are even remotely unknown. TIGER: Raikou is a sabertooth and Lando-T is...idk. but neither are actually tigers. Here's to hoping Litten will be one. PEACOCK: Mega Altaria is biologically one, but it's not vibrant or colourful or anything. I want a bright one with Quiver Dance. LOBSTER: Crawdaunt is a crayfish, Kingler is a crab, Clawitzer is a shrimp. We don't have an actual lobster yet. I agree about swordfishes and wolves. I'd also like more dinosaurs. EDIT: Skullkin, Kyogre is a killer whale. It even has Orca in its name. And Mael, Ekans is a rattlesnake, but I agree we need a more menacing one. Likewise, Liepard can be construed to be a panther, because it is a black leopard, but it hardly looks like one.
  5. She does have a very savage dragon. Those tend to override bureaucratic procedures a bit.
  6. Garchomp = Sand + Sharks = BLOOD ON THE BEACH! Krookodile = Sand + Salties = MORE BLOOD!! Hippowdon = Sand + Hippos = You're in for a real bad time...
  7. No, the rules say that ANY water or fire type is allowed, because by default they are supposed to be beach- or summer-related. The classification of other Pokemon allowed is based in their relation to the Sun. So, I think having water and fire types in your list is redundant, because you'll have to have EVERY water and fire type. Just say that all of 'em are allowable, and make a list instead if the other, non-Water and non-Fire types that can be related to the beach. Some examples are: Solrock (because it's the sun, literally), Espeon (it's called the SUN Pokemon), several grass types, such as Tropius, Venusaur and Exeggutor, which are tropical plants, as well as things like Sawbuck and Tangrowth which have Chlorophyll as an ability. Some Bug or Rock types that are found on the beach are also fine, like Armaldo and stuff. You get the idea. EDIT: Ninjask'd by Swampy. Well, Ninjask being a Cicada is also related to summer, so there ya go.

    Banned for Moxie.
  9. I don't see how a washing machine is to be found on a beach. Unless you imply the rising levels of electrical appliance wastes bring dumped into the sea. That makes ol' Rotom-W a lot scarier.
  10. Oh, HAL. I guess that works. Also goodnight. Spine?
  11. How would Hals not be Halloween? And how would it imply me? Go on, Juu.
  12. Enough to waste a lot of my time here. Enough also to make me lose marks in some exams when I was actually playing the game non stop; you know what I am like when I play a Pokémon game: "Must...have...perfect...IVs!!!" Ahem, anyways, I make it a point to spend only a cumulative hour on Reborn on any given day, however. And it is good for me, in a way. Pleasing to interact with some of you, amusing to watch the others. Also goodnight now. When do you sleep?
  13. You'd have to be born a Brahmin, preferably, and must complete the first 16 years of your life in a specific gurukul for priests, take the scholarly tests required and join as a junior priest before 21, and then you must dedicate the rest if your life to the service of God and his worship. Also no material possessions except the bare necessities of food, hygiene and the pursuit of a scholarly life. You must also know all the 100+ major mythology and texts in Sanskrit, and build on that bank of knowledge with experience, aside from knowing Sanskrit itself of course, as well as whatever local language of where you are. Also no earthly desires allowed. Up to the job? Micky?
  14. No, it is I. Tempest will surely appear soon, though.
  15. Veni, Vidi, but not quite Vici...yet... Honestly, I remain here because I'm not yet pissed off/bored/incensed enough to leave. You lot can take it as a compliment, a testament to the fact that there are at least a few people here who are good to interact with, and which interaction is more attractive that all the moroseness, seemingly petty yet all-the-more-vile-for-that manipulation, and frustration and all manner of other unpleasant nexuses that bedevil this place. Good job. Although I also make it a point to steadfastly avoid involving myself in anything that doesn't concern me, so you can say that I enjoy watching the show. What about you?
  16. "Greetings and About Me in General." What a typical introductionof me, isn't it, now that I look back? Like an index or a label of a record. Who was the first person you met in this delightful morass?
  17. There's only one theory about Lin that I have: Lin will become fused with Solaris and Sirius by an attempted PULSE Magnezone, and Solinius will live happily ever after with ZEL, but then Taka is tragically abandoned.
  18. When the Beluga porks. Why is temp not adding to his science thread? I want moar discussion.
