    Still can't decide if I should allow a bidoof on my Bug Monotype: for the purpose of catching pokemon only encountered via headbutt.

    oh dear. That is vaguely problematic. I'm not sure if using Bidoof to access a move to capture other pokemon is exactly allowed in a monotype run? I'll have to ask around.

    This is INCREDIBLY helpful, but one of your listings leaves me a bit confused. In bugs, it claims I can find a combee and pineco BEFORE julia. But I need headbutt, and I thought I only got headbutt later? Where can I get headbutt before Julia? Or did that list not consider the conditions required to nab those pokemons spawn locations?

    I have never spent so long trying to get good IV's... Catching Distox via Wurmple is suffering.

      I seriously hate IV's but bugs seriously need them to compete. If I get another silcoon when I finally get my IV's, I might just have to figure out how to cheat just to reduce the grind.

      I just wanted a speed of 25+... by the time it spat one out, it threw at me a 29 all IV pokemon. Now I feel silly. I'm just going to box it anyway. :c

      Just a moment ago, I got a pokemon that was super terrible, and went "wow those must be sum shitty IV's... and when I checked, it had literally 1 IV. Just one.

    So if I'm playing 14.1 right now, is it worth upgrading to 14.6 presently...It looks like 15 is rather close to being done, is it worth putting the machine through the risk of two seperate updates?

      Yes, posting around the forums gets you rupees, more or less depending on where.

    Am I correct to assume that gyms beside the fourth one (shade) will also have leftovers? I am intending to steal these in the future from my opponents to outfit my own team :P

      You can only steal items with thief/trick and moves like that permanently in wild battles. You will lose them again as soon as the gym battle ends.

      As of gen V, thief-like moves no longer steal items permanently. I had to discover that the hard way, by training a switcheroo Inkay just to discover it didn't keep the item after the battle XP
