Don't remember Cain being trapped at Radomus gym.. My guess is, you have to rescue Luna at 7th street from El. If this was already done, then Luna's gym should be up next.

The ones I know for a fact that you can obtain right now are Goldeen and Finneon, from the small pool inside Lower Peridot. You can also try Panpour and Surskit from Events in Peridot as well. If you can wait a little longer, you MIGHT get Ducklett from an egg, or wait even later for a Corsola(event) or Binacle at Apophyll. Lastly, you can try your luck at getting a Gen 1 fossil type from mining and reviving them at Spinel Town. Kabutops isn't very water-y but Omastar might work out for you.

I agree, seismic toss looks great. I'd just like to say though, that the Earth picture doesn't seem to have the same artistic style(?) as the rest of the animation (or other battle animations). I'm not much of an artist, but it just seems out of place to me. Maybe I'm subconsciously comparing it to the one in the anime a bit.

Will the list of field effects be complete with the new episode? I remember there being a limited number of "slots" in the library that has each field with all the rules, but that can always be expanded, and I'm not even sure if the new ones will occupy the rest.

That Ice Beam animation... Does it have that chilling sound effect from Gen III?

While the appearance of the mewtwo armor on abra didn't look twisted, it definitely references something that is. Giovanni's enslavement literally drove mewtwo to attempt to destroy all humans. The Pulse evolution form designs seem to give off a feeling of impurity of the Pokemon, and the monstrosity of those causing it. That Butterfree doesn't seem to convey that kind of expression in my opinion. Not saying Butterfree is impossible, but I highly doubt that your linked artwork will be the one to be used if it is indeed Butterfree. I actually do hope it is Butterfree though. I'd like to see how Ame can transform something serene and cute into an apocalyptic hell bug.

Guys, I know chikorita is bad relatively, but like.. I think people underestimate it. Did a playthrough with it, and Meganium can do decent damage, and is quite tanky. If you have already had a taste of Reborn, then starter tier doesn't matter as much. You know enough about what to expect to make anything viable.

Would you mind leaving a "last edited date" to the E16 Status Thread whenever you make a change there? I think it makes it much simpler to check up on progress rather than sifting through this thread.

Isn't Alice at a disadvantage for gym battles if she continues to carry her Mawile around? Shouldn't she just store it and work on forming an acceptable team for future gyms?

I looked up a video to see where to find the person that has the puzzle, but when I talked to that person at the circus, they're still doing the Froakie puzzle. (I already got Dive). Do I have to get past a certain part in the main story for it to switch to Turtwig?

Have you guys managed to solve the TImburr puzzle w/o the use of that program? As there is still no consistent way to solve that puzzle legitimately, are there any thoughts on changing it?

To be completely honest, during my first play through, I came in with a mindset of dominating every gym battle within at most 3 tries due to how easy the canon games were. Thus, from that perspective, the hardest was the first gym. After the first playthrough, players tend to prepare pretty adequately, with a full party asap, and then adding rotational members after the first gym decreasing the difficulty for a lot of the bosses. I'm almost done with my 2nd playthrough now, and I almost miss the frustration of having to re-challenge a gym for the 9th time.

Will there be more action on 7th street? Should we expect a Mushroom collector anytime soon? Do you plan on making non-canon HM moves? (e.g. Pokemon Light Platinum had Lava Surf) Are making cut-scenes difficult? (Like the Giant Steelix and Titania)

Who designs the puzzles? How hard is it to make, and how long does it take? Will we ever be allowed to play the "online game" in the game corner? Will the gang leader opposing the gang you joined ever come back for the side quest?
