It's unfortunately been quite a while since I've played Reborn, and so I decided I'd rather just start a new game rather than pick up on a game I remembered little as to what I did to get where I was. With that, I have a question: what do I need to know (aside from mechanics-wise, because I remember how the game works per say)?

So what I'm seeing here is the general consensus being that I should use Gulpin, not Whismur, which is fair. Whismur has no status moves, and is relatively terrible until it evolves into Exploud, and even then I'd probably be able to find something that hits harder than an Exploud Boomburst.

Humanity/humans suck. It's rarely ever us defending another race, or just watching from the sidelines. And that's another thing: always being the center of attention, the protagonist. Why can't we ever just be the quirky sidekick, or better yet, a normal person who just happens to live in a chaotic world. So many RPGs could do this, but instead you're always the chosen one. Take Skyrim for example. Sure, it's fun to be the Dovakhiin, but why can't I just be a farmer with a family to look after and feed? Why can't my wife serve any purpose other than kill things as I kill things, and effectively just being a walking chest? Why? I want to know what it's like, living a peaceful life whilst also having dragons rain hellfire upon my hometown, and how I cope. -

A Pancham (decent fighting type) can be found as relatively uncommon encounters in the slums. I however, found something that's easy now (but screws you over a bit later as you have handle rock types; just a disclaimer) is go up to the northeast most corner of the Peridot ward. Inside an apartment, you'll find a kricketot.!If you are waiilling to grind until it gets Fury Cutter, given how lacking her cradily is in hard hitting attacks, fury cutter'll finish it off, not problem. And anything else it outspeeds once Fury Cutter gets going.

As of 8/28/15, the Shade team is off. I'm not sure which one was replaced, the he now has a Trevenant.
