  1. you dont need to give up crunch on crawdaunt, you can just use a wailmer or something as an HM slave, and since you're used to setting up trick room nearly every fight, I'm sure a trip to the pc every now and then isn't too bad.
  2. neat, I don't have a tumblr, so if you could post here every time you updated it with a link I would totally check it out
  3. This is pretty neat, I like this
  4. you can breed aron and rampardos/tyrantrum for head smash and give aron a destiny knot to bring the IV's over
  5. Chandelure is a pretty cool fire type, but if you don't want to use that you can go and use Arcanine assuming you didn't miss the event earlier in the game, and for a poison type, I really like Drapion, I run Sniper with Night Slash, Cross Poison, Knock Off, and Hone Claws.
  6. It's good to see you're still active on the forums, I haven't been here in a while, but I remember your playthroughs being really good, and inspired me to do my ground mono run of hardcore
  7. legalize ranch

  8. This playthrough is really well made, good job dude! Also, fighting Shelley in the rain is optional????
  9. this guide is extremely well made, good shit for going through all the effort to make this
  10. If you were truly insane you would try this run on hardcore, I'm sure it's possible, just very, very rage inducing
  11. Not if he's playing hardcore, shelly deals with fire types really easily because for some reason there's rain as soon as the battle starts :^)
  12. If you want, you can go back a few episodes and breed Return onto Diggersby with a Buneary to make it even better, if you want. With a trick room set up, Diggersby can set up one swords dance and sweep everything in existence. Also, i'm a huge fan of diggersby.
  13. This is amazing, probably the best run of this game so far, no offense supermario. hmu with a name of a ground type once you beat Terra <3
  14. Radomus wasn't too incredibly difficult for me, since it was in doubles, I set my sand up with my smooth rock hippowdon, and my claydol, to set rocks up. I then switched to my Excadrill once claydol died from a night slash from Gallade, then I killed the Gallade with an earthquake, and he sent in malamar, and it hit the hippowdon with a super power while I set up one swords dance, and from that point on the fight was over. I must also admit that I needed more than these 3 pokemon because excadrill kept KO'ing my pokemon. lol
  15. Huh, that's kinda funny, the hardest pokemon for me were his Serperior and his Roserade, as they outsped most of my team, and just healed, especially that Serperior. But all I had to do to kill that Sceptile was ice shard it with my mamoswine, the 4x weakness killed it really easily. Also, nice undertale references ;p
  16. I don't know about you, but as soon as I hit that yanmega with a rock slide on my hardcore run, it went down, same as how a volcarona would. Supposing that the AI works correctly and sets up a few quiver dances, the game can be over just from that. Most bug types are really frail tbh.
  17. If you look at Commander's or supermario's playthroughs of reborn, I believe that they are doing excellent jobs at executing it, if you want to look at those for reference.
  18. Um, you could post screenshots or write a paragraph of how you won the gym battle. That's what most people do, and that seems to generate a rather enjoyable time for everyone.
  19. Very nice, that fight actually required me to use a revive on my excadrill as it was the only thing on my entire team that out sped it. But, I only used like 3 pokemon in total, so I rule it as fair.
  20. If it means anything, I would recommend asking for the mystery egg to be a starly or togepi, as I believe these are the only two flying types to get a fighting type move to cover that weakness to rock types. Alse, if you do pick up a murkrow, wait until it gets sucker punch to evolve it, as sucker punch makes it much more viable. Best of luck to you friend.
  21. Stealth Rocks will pretty much sweep Bennett's team regardless of what kind of bug types you put on there. Butterfree was just more fodder for stealth rocks, so I'm happy to see it get removed.
  22. Did you give Bennett a pinsir/mega pinsir? That's what I feel it is.
  23. You got a larvesta, that's really lucky, I got an axew on my ground mono run, so i guess that's just my luck. Also murkrow is gonna be a threat once you get it sucker punch. It looks like you're gonna be set with a whole team full of threats by the end of this run.
  24. It's kinda saddening that I didn't get to do anything but get one shot in another major fight, yet again. But yeah, that Elektross on Sigmund's team as probably the biggest problem for me as well, I ended up having to fight it out with my leech seed torterra and a whole bunch of crunches and super potions.
