  1. Try 24? I would had rage quit before the 3rd try.... what is your team mate?. I didn't had a Fighting-Type or Steel-Type to wreck him but Drought + Solar Power did justice in this fight for me....
  2. It's a shame that these Poke can't be at their maximum potential in Reborn... Magby and Elekid don't learn that much move.... Electivire Vital Spirit Jolly -Thunder Punch -Cross Chop -Ice Punch -Thunder Wave (it's a shame he can't learn Earthquake not even through breeding) Magmortar Flame Body Jolly (if you when with Confuse Ray and HP) Hasty (If you when with Thunder Punch and Cross Chop) -Flamethrower -Thunder Punch/Confuse Ray -Will-O-Wisp -Cross Chop/Hidden Power Take another opinion for Magmortar. In this game, IDK how I would run him.....
  3. Download EP12 and you will be able to breed pokemon with TM moves. Train a male Rhyhorn to Lv.52 and it learns Stone Edge. Rhyhorn>Chespin for Stone Edge EDIT: I was look it up what Poke you need to breed Stone Edge and didn't notice Etesian reply xD
  4. Chesnaught: Breed it with Stone Edge/Rock Slide rest of the moves seems fine to me. I personally like Stone Edge, although Rock Slide have more accuracy but less power and do work in Double Battle; your choice from there. I would prefer Adamant Nature on him, 64 speed is argh, terrible. Since he's going after the opponent you can use Zoom lens to boost the Stone Edge accuracy..... Lopunny: interesting move pool..... I would run her with -Mirror Coat (not that much HP, so she's isn't' bulky) -Thunder Punch -Jump Kick -Fake Out (STAB) Take opinion from someone else about this one though, I never been good using Normal-Types Flygon: It's a discrimination that a Ground-Type Poke doesn't have Earthquake....so breed it and don't evolve it until it learns Superpower has well (or spend a Heart Scale and evolve it until it learns Earthquake). Dragon Claw and Rock Slide will do. Houndoom: ....why are you giving him Shadoll Ball when Dark Pulse will do the same work and with STAB? Breed it Sludge Bomb, you have nothing that can destroy Fairy-Types. Rest of the moveset are fine. Gardevoir: .....good. Altaria: I would breed it with Dragon Rush, Aerial Ace, and Steel Wing. The other move, definitely Dragon Dance (*realizes you can't breed it with Dragon Rush due to the pokemon for breeding aren't available yet*)...... I let someone else to give you opinion on this one xD. Although, Sky Attack and Cotton Guard is a no go from me.....
  5. If you download EP12, you can transfer TM moves there.....
  6. You can't breed a Skitty with Play Rough because it isn't a TM or Egg Move. Train it to Lv.49 mate I had to train my Helioptide to Lv.49 before evolving it so it could learn Thunderbolt (Skitty and Helioptide almost have the same stats).
  7. ^^this and Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu are going to be the best anime of this season, hands down (although, if you can't take gore....avoid both of them at all cost)
  8. HAHA, I love the fact he did actually solve it...but in a different position. I guess it is technically impossible to solve these without cheating, I mean come on, who actually solve all of them without cheating?
  9. Delcatty....never use such Poke with such stats... if I'm force to use it, I would run: Wonder Skin -Sucker Punch -Attract -Thunder Wave -Play Rough Jolly Nature, EV's on Speed and Attack The main point of this set is to outspeed the opponent's Poke hopefully (it's weak, it will die in 1 hit by most Poke); Attract and paralyze them so their changes of attacking is below 40%. Take another opinion from someone else though....
  10. Really? I didn't knew this.... There is a Focus Sash in that cave where you first encounter Solaris (The Grand Stairway cave) That's what I use to defeat him...
  11. Yes, you are definitely over preparing lol; Honckrow alone will sweep his team. You don't need a full team of Dark and Ghost to defeat a Psychic Team. Think outside the box; synergy between Pokemon always are stronger than straight up strong Pokemon. Get Mamoswine to your team; start the battle with Honchrow and Mamoswine Spam Earthquake and spam Sucker Punch GG I'm one of those person that don't like having rotation Pokemon. If my party of 6 can't handle any situation given, they aren't good enough and I need to improve my team overall.
  12. When you play Pokemon...what do you think? Do you image yourself with your party of 6 being unstoppable?or you just one of those people that play this game just for the sake of killing time?

      AeroWraith

Nuzlocke or not, I always form a bond with my pokemon. Well...except for my playthrough of Y, too easy so I went through it too fast, so I couldn't form much of a bond.

    3. Ojama Yellow

      Ojama Yellow

I have cried enough times before because of the death of a single mon, most specifically my Watchog in Black. That was the first and last time I underestimated a Darmanitan. That run was full of the emotions.

    4. Etesian

      Etesian

You should totally try doing some form of challenge run, I'm a fan of monotypes.

Also, "undesrestimated a Darmanitan". Dude's got 140 Base Attack Sheer Force boosted STAB Flare Blitz. That thing is a monster.

  13. If you are training in Route 1; go the left part of the forest where there is a building you can heal. Everytime you defeat Bouffalant, enter the building, exit and it will reset it self
  14. Go to Route 1 and fight Bouffalant for training. Just throwing this out there but...you can get a Mudkip instead of Palpitoad. Better stats, awesome movepool has well. EDIT: I don't think you have access to Route 1 yet.....Go to Pyrous Mountain and fight Magcargo; they are Lv 35.
  15. Sweet, I will hold on to your words. I got good IV's on Speed with Heliolisk so breeding another one will make me sad lol. I found Flash, it was in that dark room, yeah with Aron. Thanks for the heads up. Gotcha mate, you completely analyze the thing from head to toe man. I saw your post, decided to leave my opinion has well. I feel you mate.... Yeah, I had everything except the TM Flash and the missing boyfriend. I didn't wanted to explore it due to the fact it was dark and I though I would get Flash elsewhere (not on a darker parts lol) Cheers
  16. Ahh, so this is why Etesian got his hand tight. Let me throw my 2 cents out of my pocket. Decided to look up your team move pool and this is what I got. The problem isn't the team but rather the moves it got. Although, I'm not Etesian so I keep everything short Delphox: Interesting Type, never seeing Fire and Psychic. Give it Heat Wave, I wish I could had it for my Ninetales. Will-O-Wisp or Light Screen, I like Will-O-Wisp more. Psyshock for STAB and Shadoll Ball for coverage. Clawitzer: I'm scratching my head thinking "what are you doing?". This thing is awesome: Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse. Water Pulse and with %50 boost power??? that's basically STAB. Tons of coverage too...the only flaw I see about this guy is it speed which can be fix with support. You can choose between Water Pulse and Surf but I would personally prefer Water Pulse (chances of confusing the enemy), Surf is only good for double battles. Braviary: Take out Slash for Superpower and Sky Drop for Tailwind. Tailwind helps Clawitzer/Tyrantrum/Scrafty sweep for days Scrafty: Breed with Dragon Dance, with its defense it should be able to set up with not much trouble plus it helps itself on speed. I agreed with Etesian, breed it with Rock Slide or Stone Edge; Head Smash is not so good with Scrafty due to his poor HP. HJK is good and Crunch has well (although you do have lots of Dark Moves so you can switch that Crunch for Zen Headbutt covers Poison and Fighting) Tyrantrum: Switch his ability to Rock Head so he doesn't take damage recoil damage with Head Smash (you can spam Head Smash for days). Change Crunch for Dragon Dance, it will be able to sweep. Since you plan to change Luxray for something else I recommended a Steel Type. You have nothing on your team that can defeat Fairy Types
  17. I on EP12 still, I try to upgrade today. Everstone is your friend on passing good Nature lol haha, so you are in charge of this section? Maybe because people are too lazy to breed lol I didn't knew Heliolisk learn Dark Pulse, definitely replacing Razor Wind for it. I didn't knew it learn Grass Knot either lol, I'm not familiar with the new Pokemon since I never played Gen VI; Solar Power was the only thing that got my attention about Heliolisk. I never Thunder Wave anything, the purpose of this was to decimate everything with Electric-Move while the Sun was up. It destroy Gym Leaders.... it was doing the job.....while bother with other moveset lol? but thanks for the heads up. I would never notice it would of learn Surf of all things. This thing is WAY better than I though.... Do you get Grass Knot has a TM later? it would save me time for breeding another Heliolisk Greninja Protean ability is awesome to play with. I had to look it's moveset over 7 times to make sure it doesn't learn Shadoll Ball; I already knew it's moveset by heart due to this. I was familiar with everything else so breeding the stuff I needed for specific moveset was easy. Flash is in Railnet? I already check that place....I'm going to check again. @Mikzal Thanks for the heads up
  18. I decided to finally get an account lol. I just defeated Luna and I'm aware I can't leave Agate Circus so I decide to create a thread about my team to see if I can improve it before moving to Agate Circus. Greninja Timid Protean -Hydro Pump -Ice Beam -Dark Pulse -Extrasensory Heracross Jolly Moxie -Close Combat -Megahorn -Stone Edge -Earthquake Archeops Adamant Defeatist -Acrobatics -Dragon Claw -Rock Slide -Earthquake Ninetales Timid Drought -Flamethrower -Energy Ball -Will-O-Wisp -Extrasensory Metagross Adamant Clear Body -Meteor Mash -Hammer Arm -Agility -Zen Headbutt Heliolisk Timid Solar Power -Thunderbolt -Thunder Wave -HP (Ice) -Razor Wind they all level 64 except Heliolisk being 66 Any suggestions? When do you get Flash? There's a cave I want to explore but I don't have Flash. Anything I would need for Agate? Any important TM I should have? Thanks in advance; Good game Ame
