  1. Hmm, it appears that I may be shipping in January now instead of March. I'm glad it's after Christmas though, since my family wanted to have one last "Hurrah!" to say goodbye, haha.

Winter in Chicago is going to be tough, also I'm an AECF that my job.

Nice man! And Chicago is going to be rough... But I'd rather do physical labor in the Winter than the Summer! I also really like Winter, but only when it's pure snow or ice, haha

  2. God, I hope not, haha! I already caved with this playthrough on the Garchomp now that the heated arena stops my ice shards cold in their tracks. I suppose I could've spent time training up something with will-o-wisp, but I figured I'd just lose to Solaris for the sake of a good climactic event, haha! As for the Elite 4 using mega's, that'd be a nice surprise to amp up the difficulty and give out some more unique strategies to the final bosses.
  3. Haha, alright! That makes two people who I need to see Switzerland for! I don't really know why I never thought of it when I love the German Alps so much...
  4. Wow, That's probably the nicest and most genuine thing anyone has ever said to me on a forum site. I'm thankful for the support your giving me and my teammates, even if they can't here it, haha. I was considering teaching High School as a Sociology/Psychology Teacher (Most likely majoring in English or History). I've still been study the field of Sociology, even if an arbitrary money dump (College) won't accept the fruits of my labor, haha! As for Switzerland, I'll definitely have to go if it's anywhere like the German Alps. Man, that was the most serene I've ever felt... Though I'll definitely put Switzerland as a place to go to up there with Australia (My Grandfather and Father who served have never been there, so my Grandpa made me promise him I'd go there.). Hopefully after this 5 month time, I'll have been a cool guy to be around; it's the least I could do, haha. In all honesty, I'm filled with joy to hear such praise for me, even if some of my self-sufficiency is taken by my family and close friends to be foolishness and worse utter madness, haha! All in all, I'm happy to be accepted by you, and I'm sure I'll enjoy my time here with such a wonderful community!
  5. Moved on to Hideki Naganuma/Skankfunk today! I even found a killer mixtape for it!

  6. Hola to you as well, hombre, haha! I'd love to talk anime with you, VSharma, but I'm sure I wouldn't have much to say and my pickiness about what I like might come off as rude, haha.
  7. Nah, Magus. You are more than welcome for this great, if not late, welcome, haha! I would be honored to say "Fuzzy Pickles" with you and I appreciate your GIFt!
  8. Ahh, Yasunori Mitsuda... I could listen to this all day, haha.

Aha! Excellent my fellow musical connoisseur! I'm currently listening to his work in Kirito, but I'm about to move on to Chrono Cross' OST. His use of "World Sound" is just the best, haha.

Haha, thank you Telos! It's still one of my favorites to this day.

  9. Ahh, thanks Nickcrash! I personally have a hard time deciding between Bebop and Brotherhood for my all-time favorite! I've also seen some... Anime that didn't particularly stimulate my palette because my friend is into it and forced me to watch... ( Gundam period (Though I did like 00 and Build Fighters), Sekirei, Higurashi, Dragonauts, and the list goes on... Haha.) I hope I didn't offend anyone with my dislike for those Anime, but I'm honestly not much of an anime guy to begin with, haha!
  10. Dang man, that's a shame. I'm honestly not really sure what to do to help anyways, haha. I'm more of a follower, but I'll have to find something soon to aid this alliance.
  11. Hello there Mr. Elliot! I'm just a newcomer here, so I'm sure everyone you previously knew would be a much better help to you than I, but I'm still willing to offer my services as a friendly face and a good listener. I'm sorry to hear about those despairing events that have befallen you, but I can assure you that your bonds between your friends and your family and your time still on this earth will cure any ailment. Though I'd hate for that to sound presumptuous of me... In which case I deeply apologize, haha. Either way, I hope that your time here will be quite pleasant!
  12. Ahh, Hello Ringabel! I'm sure most everyone else that'll reply to this would be more helpful than me, but I'm sure being a returner means you already know that, haha. I'd be glad to offer my services as a friendly face and a good listener, whenever you feel one is necessary for you. Just remember, no matter where you tread, the internet is not for the faint of heart.
  13. Hello there Celestial! I can't be quite as helpful as the vets/regulars of this forum, but I'm almost always available as a friendly face and a good listener. So I hope I can be a bastion of sanity for you amidst the locals here, haha!
  14. Haha, thanks Maelstrom! I've watched a some anime (FMA: Brotherhood, Cowboy Bebop, and Code Geass are the only ones worth mentioning...) and I've read plenty of books (Though only a few of them I'd actually consider "fun" to read, haha) so I'd have some good, if not brief, input on that stuff. I sincerely hope my service in the Navy will be satisfying, if not enjoyable. Also, that video was wonderful! I've always loved this kind of stuff.
  15. Well hello Tito! It's a pleasure to meet you. As Saber basically covered, there are plenty of people to talk to when it comes to what this site has to offer, so there's always a helping hand to be lent to who ever needs one. As it stands, I can't guarantee I can help you out like they can, but I can say that I'm at least a friendly face and a good listener, haha.
  16. Ah, welcome Butter! I'm happy to see another Youtuber for Reborn since it could use the publicity for being such a great game. Note that I'm not actually a Youtuber myself, but I tend to spend way more time than what's considered healthy there, haha. Anyways, I'm not sure if I can be as much help as the other staff, but I'm capable of being a friendly face and an overall great listener. Oh, and as a side note: Trubbish/Garbodor actually carried me for awhile all things considered thanks to the black sludge they carry and acid spray. (Of course, that was when stat changing moves affected the stats twice in a row for no particular reason but hey, he'll still be a good poison for those looking for poison, haha)
  17. Hey there! It's good to see another friendly face around here, haha. I'm not sure how much I can help with things like Hukuna, Hilda, Sheep, Vinny, or Faust, but I'd like to think I'm a generally down-to-earth and friendly person. So just know that you'll always find a friendly face in me, haha!
  18. I just hope you don't want to paint everything yellow any time soon, haha!
  19. Hello! It's only fair for me to introduce myself after so many others did the same for me! This community seems to be very welcoming so I'm sure things will be great, haha. Anyways, enjoy what this place has to offer!
  20. Well, I'm out for a run! Don't wanna die when I get to Basic, now do I? Haha!

Actually, you don't want to be in the military at all right now, but you'll learn. Unless you're navy or airforce. Those are the good military jobs.

      GotWala

Oh, I'm currently enlisted in the US Navy, so that's a good thing right, haha! Even so, I've done nothing for the last 2 years of my life and a desperate desire for a purpose was still needed.

  21. I hope so, if it means great stuff like that! Hell, I should return the favor occasionally while I'm at it, haha. My friend Kosta tells me I have a good ear for music but I think he might be over-praising me a little.
  22. Haha, I feel like some kind of busybody!

  23. Wow, this is an extremely good guide for Roleplaying! I only wish my 15 year old self had seen this, haha. I have to mention that the idea of Roleplaying being "Collaborative Storytelling" is by far the most important message I try to impress upon people I'm in Roleplays with, whether it's something solid like D&D or something abstract like a bunch of dudes in a basement pretending we're in the world of fantasy! (My dad literally told me I needed to get laid when I was still doing this at 20, haha!) Remember, treat someone and their intellectual property how you'd like yourself/yours to be treated! It's all a group effort with fun, adventure, mystery, and suspense are all part of the criteria!
  24. Ahh, I love the Myer-Briggs/Socionics test! I usually use them to get a feel for how an RP character of mine would act, painting a clearer picture of them and all, haha. I myself am an ENFP, but I was extremely close to INFP, so give or take. For more stuff like this, look up Enneagrams and Socionics. I'm a 2w9 and an IEE respectively, haha. Pleasant testing!
  25. Hey, thanks Mikzal! Wulfric was definitely my favorite Gym Leader in XY, because of his personality and the power of Ice types, haha!
