folk aren't really as often gamers. They probably don't see the issue from our perspective all that often and thereofre just from their legal standpoint, whereas developers more oten than not tend to be gamers like us so they sorta see more where we are coming from in these situations. Now, of course it's not like 100% true for either case. But I feel it's safe to say they probably lean those directions more often than not.))
