      People just stopped using it for a while, perhaps due to it not able to fit in offensive teams, which dominated the game at the time. I'm not quite sure.

      It's completely poop in OU. Don't use it. If you wanna beat stall use LO TornT, BandTtar, SD Gliscor, NP Toge, Manaphy made to kill Chansey, stallbreaker Talon, stallbreaker Mew, stallbreaker TrapTran, Mega Heracross, Koff Clef, CM MSableye... but not that thing that loses against everything on stall
