Using curse on duskull is also effective if you don't want to level up kriketune to level 50

They're all pretty good, Axew is one of the stronger ones but they all are pretty useful that early in the game.

You just have to be patient, I don't think there's another one on the ground until after the circus.

Pulses have been used to effect the environment around them, not to make them stronger, so I'd be surprised to see a pulse slaking.

The key is in the rail net behind a bit of rock smashable wall. The bike shop is in the lapis ward, you'll need a voucher that you can get from a cop in mrs cradberry's house after completing a gang quest. -

It is possible to get a togepi if you can find a copy of episode 9 i think. You get a togepi egg from a man in the coral ward.

If you really want it you can revert back to ep14 to get it, but be careful as this can mess with your save file.
