I really like Quilava and Braixen. And Braixen is way better and cool looking than Delphox IMO.

Close tie between Archeops, Kabutops and Aerodactyl but Archeops wins

For me it's probably Fire-type, because vulpix, cyndaquil, flareon and fennekin. But my favorite type is Electric, close second to Fire and third to Water.
