  1. that feeling when, your PC is a few years old but is able to run Witcher 3 ... ... good bye social life...

  2. you know berries are more then just a type of medicine... they are BERRIES! They are FOOD! A Vulpix with a Rawst Berry... well the Vulpix just really likes Rawst Berries... Maybe they are their favorites
  3. I'll be perfectly honest here: IF Pokemon would come to exist just so suddenly as *POOF* The world would be pretty ... well not good... Fire-breathing dragons, Lightning calling birds, Giant Turtles with Cannons, suddenly in an alien environment... yeah... they'd go on confused rampage! And then our military would deem them too dangerous and go on a full out Pokemon-hunting-war! Remember: WE DON'T HAVE POKEBALLS, NOR THE TECHNOLOGY! (Hell does enyone exactly how they really work?? - I know there are many theroies... but that's it - THEORIES!) (but I'd try to grab myself an Eevee and a few other cute and cuddly ones! CUDDLE ALL THE 'MONS!)
  4. never miss attacks like Feint attack I would assume
  5. Which level should I evolve Murkrow?

    1. Etesian

      Etesian

Level 50, so it can get Tailwind, since speed is the main thing standing in the way of Honchkrow sweeps.

  6. I guess it doesn't learn so many normal-type moves then... but since there aren't that many dragon moves anyway: the ones weaker than 70 are: Twister (40) Dual Chop (40) - arguably since it hits 2 times... Dragon Rage (40 HP flat) Dragon Tail (60) Dragon Breath (60) an the NON signature moves that are stronger are: Draco Meteor Outrage Dragon Rush Dragon Pulse but the thing is: Teach it Cut and you have yourself a pretty powerful early game dragon move... that hit's everything pretty damn hard, except Steel and Fairies... and later you can delete Cut and give it Strength! and I don't see any reason why this mini-mecha-Godzilla schouldn't be able to learn these moves! (hoping it's evolution is a Mecha-Godzilla...)
  7. damn... dragon/steel we have a mini Dialga over here! doesn't seem like an early game Pokemon... more mid-, to late-game. (but on the other hand, Honedge's type seemed to powerful for an early game type... and yet we got it after the first badge...) Are you sure Dragonize isn't its hidden ability... that seems damn strong for a standard ability! Since dragon is normal effective to everything except Fairy and Steel... and then it get's power boosted... Tackle - Strength 40 + 30% = 52 + (Dragon) STAB ( *1.5) = 78 Slash / Headbutt - Strangth 70 + 30% = 91 + STAB (*1.5) = 136.5 Come on... that is WAY TOO Powerful for a Standard Ability... espacially on Dragon-Type!
  8. yay! M-Lucario rated event for Lucarionite... ... another Megastone I won't get because I need to be amond top 10k -.- (and that is the one Megastone I desperately need)

  9. I dislike like ALMOST ALL utility moves... there are only a few I really use... but that may just be because I only play 'ingame' and not competetively (and that only against friends for fun and not competetition...) Why is that... well... 10. Ally Switch ... just... what? ok... I get it it's to be able to protect your ally in a double battle... but it doesn't have any priority so if the enemy is faster this move just deosn't matter, because you switch sides after your ally is hit... which results in a wasted turn... 9. Ancient Power I know it's an attacking move... but it may also buff EVERY stat of your Pokemon... and that's it! Enemy uses Ancient Power - Stat rises EVERYTIME! I use Ancient Power... it either misses completely or I just don't get the buffs... EVER! (really! I NEVER got the buff from that move over all those years!) 8. Protect Wild Pokemon with protect are just annoying... "Protect fails on consecutive uses"... yeah... tell that all these Spewpas in Rejuvination! 3 consecutive uses of Protect... still activates... just a waste of PP of attacking moves... 7. Fairy Lock HEY! let's give Klefki a signature move... that's a crappier, one-turn only, version of Mean Look... 6. Attract / Captivate Moves that only work on opposite gender of the user... and misses on gender-less or same gender... yeah... I am fully in control against what gender I fight... Attract is worse because of it's 50% chance of not attacking... In my case it's more like 90% when my Pokemon was hit... 5. Mud Sport / Water Sport as a ground Pokemon... you are IMMUNE against electric attacks... why do you have the need to lower electric moves power? the ONLY non ground-type (or becoming ground-type) that learns it naturally is Krabby! as for Watersport... only Water-Pokemon learn it and they have a natural resistence against Fire... sure it's no immunity and Water/Ice and Water/Grass types profite more from it... but really??? 4. Magnetic Flux A Utility move that only works on Pokemon with certain Abilities: Plus and Minus... 2 of 4 Pokemon that can learn this, don't even have the Ability available (Electrode and Magnezone) From the other two only Klingklang has one of these abilities naturaly and Ampharos only gets Plus as a Hidden ability... sooooo pretty much useless unless you have an electric mono double-battle team specializing in Plus and Minus... which will most likely never happen because the only ones that get theese abilities are Ampharos-line, Klingklang-line, Plusle, Minun, Dedenne and Manectric-line 3. Sand attack (and similar) I am cursed with this... Enemy uses sand attack, and for the next three turns my Pokemon just doesn't hit (except always hit moves like Swift) If I use that kind of attack... it just doesn't bother the enemy... he just keeps hitting and hitting and hitting... 2. Heal Pulse Why would you give your enemy 50% of their HP back??? a double battle move that may or may not work in your favor... 1. Swagger Just... it's just TOO double edged... I use it... enemy snaps out of confusion immediatley and OHKO's me... I get hit by it and Confusion last forever and I hit myself until I'm dead or switch out and in this time the enemy buffs him up even more...
  10. ok... what now? Pokemon Shuffle - I got 11k points on Skarmory and got an A-Rank ... 2 tries later I get 9k points and get an S-Rank... wut?

    1. BIGJRA

      BIGJRA

i think its based on turns remaining rather than score

    2. Cepheus

      Cepheus

well I got the 11k because I had more turns left...

  11. can we get a Pokemon breeder (for repeated battling for grinding purposes) near Goldenleaf Town? [i know there will be one around level 48 or so... but that's so long until I get there xD] That Breeder at Amethyst Cave is good and all... but from Level 32+ he doesn't cut it anymore like he used to... It's just tiring defeating him 5-6 (or more) times for one level (just barely) I've been grinding against him for about 6 hours now, and my team, that I've been grinding for Narcissa is just around level 32-33... and I know Narcissa will be around Level 40 (since it's the Level cap) And I just want to be able to continue in a reasonable time, and not need to grind two days to be able to be near that level so that I can continue. Mind you, that's just the Team I'm preparing for Narcissa... I want to grind something for Aelia and her Blaziken and Hawlucha too... (WHY do they all need to have breeding-moves ARGH!!!) the only things near Goldenleaf town that give reasonable EXP are Lineoone and Pidgeotto... but then you still have to encounter them among all that other CRAP (exp-wise)... PWETTY PWEASE!!! *sad-puppy-eyes*
  12. first: get rid of Noibat!!!! That ... "THING" won't help you at all until it evolves... DO NOT use it for any major battle before it evolves! Get a Poison-Type that actually knows a (strong) poison move to make quick work of Wigglytuff and hinder it on using Stealth Rock. I used Trubbish with Sludge Bomb (two hits and Wigglytuff was down) speaking of Stealth Rock, it can be pretty handy using your own stealth rock and other entry hazards. Get a strong Fighting type - I reckon Hariyama! Use Leavanny to Will-o-Wisp Slaking! this thing WILL wreck you! Swellow hits hard with Facade (since it holds Toxic-Orb) and Brave Bird. maybe a good rock type (I used a Graveler) and get everything at least level 33 (best would be 34-35) If you are playing on normal (Reborn-difficulty) that's her team: [leading] Wigglytuff (Normal / Fairy) Swellow (Normal / Flying) @Toxic-Orb Cinccino (Normal) Pyroar (Fire / Normal) Ambipom (Normal) Slaking (Normal) @Leftovers It might be that everyone holds a Leftover but Swellow... but I didn't really noticed since they all did go down so fast to my Hariyama
  13. well I just put TWO SPACES between 'why' and 'not'! like: why**not (the * are spaces)
  14. well... why not just 1-3? 3 out of 9 per type... it's the same odds... just saying... tiny edit: I swear to almighty Helix... this "wynaut" emote is driving me nuts...
  15. Ok... how come that Swellow attacks before Frogadier, but in the next turn it attacks AFTER Hariyama (no priority moves were used, and all 3 on the same level)?? just looking on the base Initiative makes it somewhat impossible for Hariyama to outspeed swellow...

    1. Another Felix

      Another Felix

      Quick Claw item?

  16. Currently stuck on the Aipom trade request... seriously... headbutting trees for maybe 1 - 2 hours... and only bugs... (and yes, I've been leaving the area and came back every time I got 3 bugs per tree in a row...) This quest is just based on plain luck... and you can't even accept another request or cancel that request... so you are stuck headbutting trees... There should be a way to complete this request that is more 'fair' I mean I/we/you could be stuck headbutting trees for another 5 hours without an Aipom appearing, and you are stuck on this request until you complete it... Possibility: make an Event Aipom on Route 2 (like the girl said), you still need to headbutt the tree, but it jumps out of the tree and you have to follow it around Route 2 until you corner it, and you can pick it up (and maybe even need a Gourmet Treat) OR that Aipom is being cornered by other Pokemon and you have to defeat these Pokemon in a Trainer-like battle (like the Garbage-Crew), after defeating them, Aipom joins you.
  17. well we know that all starters will have a dual-type by their last evolution... and it's grass... but it's ULTRA cuteness reminded me of fairy types
  18. It literally screams: CUDDLE ALL THE THINGS! FREE HUGS! I'M SO PLUSH IN TEXTURE THAT YOU'RE GOING TO PERISH!! edit: and that reminds me of dual-typing... it's a great candidate to be Grass/Fairy
  19. A tiny spelling error, right before encountering "SEC" in the Waterfall Cave / the volcano in Sheridan: Aelia shouts: "PN, watch out!" My common-sense is tingling, and I guess PN stands for the PlayerName variable... and therefore the variable isn't properly addressed couldn't take a screenshot because I just clicked through xD edit: Here is (the password door) SECs Shadow Toxicroak ... doesn't really look like a Shadow Pokemon to me...
  20. Rejuvenation... well my Graveler just plowed Zetta and that Rift-Galvantula Joltik team... Joltik/Galvantula could do absolutely nothing agains a 3xRock Polish + Rollout Combo xD

    1. ArmoredGuardian

      ArmoredGuardian

      BOOO! NEEDS MORE GOOMY

    2. Cepheus

      Cepheus

well IF Goomy was available... it would have lots of Goomy :P

  21. electric type... hmmm... you know.... why not pick up the Litwick-Line... but instead of candles(Fire) it is a Lightbulb! might be either: pure Electic, Electric/Ghost or Electric/Steel Lightbulb -> Lamp -> (electric)Chandelier Litbulb -> Lamptric -> Litandetric Li(gh)t + bulb Lamp + (Elec)tric Li(gh)t + (Ch)ande(lier) + (Elec)tric I know... that may seem like a 'drunk' idea... but I don't drink and I'm fully aware of how silly that idea sounds
  22. welp... I just wasted 13k coins on regirock in Pokemon Shuffle... 2k for Mega-Evolution, 3k for Attack plus and 7,5k for 3 Superballs... and the Superballs ALL just wiggled one time... with a 40% catch-rate... I feel so cheated by that monster

    1. CURIE

      CURIE

Wait, is 3 Great Balls the limit? If so, then HOLY CRAP I dodged a bullet with the Pinsir event!

  23. well I just only beat Venam... so I'm not that far into the game yet and as for the search bar... I just now realized that it changes from "Forum" to "Topic" ... and I'm year for a year and a bit xD
  24. Yay! A Blanket-Ghost! next evolution - it gets arms and holds pillow? last evolution it is a complete BED? xD And I already know that I will start with Eufur... strangely this is the only grass-type that really makes me want to pick it over the other two... and I'll nickname it Reginald - because it is "CUTE AS A BUTTON!"
  25. ok... I don't know if this was mentioned before (I'm too lazy to look through 42 pages): What is up with the Train cost? 600P$ per trip back and forth... so if you 'accidentally' forget something... like changing up your team, or buying Pokeballs... yeah... that's 1200P$ just for traveling... When I was going to Goldenwood forest I thought: "Oh, ok I need a ticket... makes sense... GEEZ! 600?" then... well I went there, was training up a bit, but then realized I forgot to get Woobat into my team... so I'm going back... and upon returning, that dude stays in front of the door... well... need to buy another ticket... BUT I only got ~400P$ left because I bought a bunch of Pokeballs to catch me a few Pokemon while out there... and I already defeated every trainer in the city... only solution: sell stuff The same with Rock Smash! You buy the ticket... you get robbed -> oh you need Rock Smash? go back to the City and get it from these people! ... That's just WASTED money... I'd either lower the price, or make it a bit more expensive and a permanent ticket...
