Indeed, this was entirely my bad. I apologise. I forgot to add that detail on the opening post, but that information was supposed to be of public domain from the beginning, that's why I answered sailboat's inquiry as soon as I could. I will fix it now.

I would say that purplecicada, Mr. Knightly and Paul25 are Mafia. My hypothesis is far from solid, but I'll expose it anyway: 1. Lykos starts a BW on purplecicada, followed by me. 2. In order to take votes off purplecicada, Mr. Knightly accuses Lykos, giving the other two Mafia an apparently solid reason to vote Lykos. 3. I start a BW on Mr. Knightly, who is swiftly defended by Paul25, and the BW is also further hindered by purplecicada. Anyway, we know that at the very least, ONE of the three is Mafia. Therefore, I'd like to stick to my vote: [Final Vote] Mr. Knightly

@Walpurgis I cannot reveal this, as it is written in the secret rule. I will, however, make an observation on one of my earlier statements: where it says "both Mafia factions can never attack in the same night" it should say "both Mafia factions cannot be granted a kill action in the same night".

@sailboat Only one of the factions gets the ability to kill each night. At the beginning of the night, I'll tell one of the groups that they have the killing ability. Then, the person who performs the kill will be chosen by their peers, and will submit their action via PM like any other ability. However, they can abstain, meaning that no kill would occur. Also, if the person who was going to perform the kill dies before they can act (by a Night Action with higher priority), the killing will not occur either. Both Mafia factions can never attack in the same night. There will be 1 Mafia kill at most, unless some abilities allow a scum to kill more than one person themselves. The Mafia don't know the secret rules which give them the killing ability.

I'll extend sign-ups for another 24 hours because the forum was down today. There are 6 spots left to cover; I can trim some of the roles, but at least I'd like to have 3 more players.

How could I be helping the Mafia? That statement I'm disregarding has concidentially been made at a time when: 1) Any slip on our part means defeat. 2) Because of that, we should be more prone to cling on whatever evidence we have, small as it may be. If I were Mafia, and being aware of what I've said above, I think that it would be the best course of action. The only thing that disconcerts me is the apparently nonchalant tone of the message.

Therefore, and since I had already exposed you, I thought that I should somehow let them know Crimson was the supposed last Hacker, so they knew who to kill in the next two lynches and win. I intended to question him further, but now that the cat is out of the bag, I can say what I think about it. @Mr. Knightly The way you have jumped at this opportunity, claiming that you have only solved one of the riddles, probably the hardest so far, makes me think you are Mafia. I'm none too sure why you exposed yourself like that though, unless... Also, suggesting us to post the answer of today's riddle here is also suspicious as well. Let us consider that the 3 scums count as 1 in terms of percentages. Therefore, out of a total of 5, abilities can be easily nullified. As stated elsewhere in this thread, losing the capacity to perform the abilities only benefits Mafia, as they keep their killing night action. In order for more than 50% of the people to solve the riddle, 3 (out of 5) right guesses should be submitted. If anyone posts the right answer here, no-one else can submit it, or else we wouldn't receive night actions. That is because Mafia would submit it too, and if two or more townies and the Mafia send it, they're at least 3/5, and so we don't get abilities. Therefore, anyone posting the answer here is Mafia. Why waiting? Unless you have solved today's riddle and want to wait until you know the ability you get, I don't see why waiting could change anything... We must put all our cards on the table or else we're bound to lose...
