A little bit overdue for this one. I think I've gotten far enough with my prep work that allows this thread to go up!
So what's there to expect with v13.5?
+Updated Gen 8 DLC moves/movesets
+DLC mon inclusions. (Galarian Slowpoke, etc.)
+New Sidequests.
+Small main story addition
+Quality of Life additions.
+New Aevian forms.
+And more!
Of course, all of this will be elaborated on in future posts, but for now I'll let these marinate in your minds for now.

Thanks for taking the time to write out this post. Game balance is complicated and a lot of changes that sound good on paper don't necessarily translate well for the player experience. That being said, we've taken everything you've said to heart and plan on making changes for 13.5. (As well as Patch 3 that is coming out soon, but there isn't enough time to make changes like the ones presented here.) The best we can do at the moment is give more available options for the player, as well as reverting some bad decisions made in general.

I'm not even in charge of battles and haven't been for a whileThat being said, I agree that the Garbodor fight is one of the more irritating fights in the game, and as a result, we took a look at in V13 and made it a lot more bearable from then on.

Calm down please, lol. It's not this serious. Even though events will be changed, event mons usually become wild sooner or later anyway... Besides Legendaries, you will have the opportunity to have multiple of the same Pokemon. Lastly, there will be a reward for catching all the Pokemon. I have a few ideas but nothing is set right now.

So I don't really see a large problem with having it being gotten around that segment. The fact we have starter Pokemon that make a larger difference long term than Gyarados in itself hurts any argument to me about it's short term problem (that can easily be bypassed with my suggestion.) Either way I've stated multiple times (It's even on the download page) that all Pokemon will eventually be able to be caught. After all the Pokemon that are available now and with still a handful of versions left... It'd be really weird if I just left out some Pokemon just cause?? I don't really get that conclusion, but i digress.

Guys... This is a status thread for v13. Which means only posts regarding v13 should be in here. If you
have trouble with a fight, please make another thread or something.
Even when, again, most of the troublehere seems to be from a LACK of understanding basic field mechanics. But I don't think that's being received.This thread has constantly gone off topic so I think it's time for a time out. It'll be open again in the future, but for now I
think it's better to lock things up.

I don't know why GameFreak feels the need to add more and more gimmicks to Pokemon in order to make it "good", some of these additions I liked (Mega Evolutions and regional forms in Alola and Galar) some I would rather GameFreak never made them (Z-Moves, Ultra Beasts and now G-Max).. If Jan opted to never add G-Max to the game I would be 100%, NAY, 200% fine with it.. It was obvious that GF did these just to capitalize on the success of Pokemon GO with the Raid Battles thing and now we have this mess to sort out.. So Jan's decision to make it the same way as Mega Evolutions is the best option really, either that or not add them at all since they could potentially screw with the flow of the game.. Just imagine.. How would they even work anyways?! So we can have 1 Mega, 1 Z-Move and 1 G-Max? Ugh..
But that's just how I feel about it..in the context of swsh and how it's presented there, I actually like it. It provides a lot of hype and can be quite good in battle. I just don't really think it fits Rejuv.

Sounds like you're not taking fields into consideration. If you ignore battle mechanics, it'll bite you back. Sounds like it already has.

No. They both serve different purposes and have their pros and cons. Exp Candies give a quick burst of exp to a single Pokemon. If you have enough, you can bring in a new teammate instantly, whereas with the Exp All there's still a grinding process. Exp All keeps your Pokemon at an equal level without having to constantly switch out. They pretty much work in conjunction with each other.

it's fel important for intense mode.
you're doing great great job on putting mons that are very good but if you put them later players don't use them because they have better options.
but like i say it's really minor, the game is great and very fun and changing all the time.
i know you will do an amazing job when you finish the last episode because the game is already in a very high place.
items and Pokemon distribution are intended balance changes. Everything given to you, even in intense mode is all you need to succeed.
Also I just want to reiterate that this is Rejuv, not Reborn. Different changes for different games.

When you say polish, what do you mean specifically? Leaving it at just "needs to be polished" doesn't give me much to go by.

Hi guys. It's been a while since I've made a status update here, so I thought I'd go ahead and clear up a few things.
Most people know that I am based in NYC, the area that was hit hardest by the Corona virus. Unfortunately, I was not able to stay healthy
and contracted the disease (I live with an essential worker and I got it from them.) For the past few weeks I have been struggling with Covid,
but I can happily say that I'm in recovery now. I have been for a little while.
During this time, working on Rejuv has obviously been scarce. But I did not stop completely. I went on to take the opportunity of quarantine to visit past areas and continue polishing. I may never(and hopefully never, ever. Seriously, covid sucks.) get a chance where I have a lot of free time to do something like this. So I decided that it's probably in my best interest to work on things that don't require a lot of energy and focus. I have been working on things that were not planned.
If this is the case, why hasn't the Old Content section been updated? Everything that was done prior to quarantine was planned content. Now that I'm working on things I had not considered, I thought it would be inappropriate to consider this part of that progress bar. I could create a separate section for the content I'm working on now, but eh... Even now, the things I'm working on are still not considered planned. I'm just going where my energy wants me to. So for me to put out another progress bar may be pointless.
It's not much, but these are a few examples of what I've polished up.

Though i could be wrong) people failing to get into Axis is a catalyst for joining Bladestar, and overall the institution seems built up to be antagonistic. Like that episode of Pokemon about the strict elite school. Plus Reborn has Fern obstructing us at OST, so i can see a similar scenario happening.
My favorite characters are Aelita, Erin, and Red Haired Binch. Stop spreading misinfo.
