Files from game to game are completely separate. Your save is located in the Saved Games folder on your computer. Specifically the Pokemon Rejuvenation folder.

This looks like a corrupted save. You're going to have to use a backup.

It also appears that the Ariados bug in the gym is still present as well, as I am on the most current patch and am getting the bug still.

Coincidentally, a new patch is up now that fixes both of these issues. You may have to get the Ariados again, but the main teleporters do work after stepping on the ones in the gym.

This patch also (should) fix that cell issue people have been experiencing. (If you got stuck by a turret, reload a backup save. It won't lock you up again.)

Crawli's gym also got some tweaks, so it should be less buggy there as well.

The trial with the three maids is optional. You don't have to do it to progress.

@DerxwnaKapsyla I was able to replicate that one log glitch you said you had trouble replicating. It happens when you push the log from the left side. It doesn't happen from the right side.

When you accept the Missing Children Help Request in GDC, at some point Dylan asks for the MC to cancel it. After you complete this sidequest to the point when Dylan says that Office Jenny would soon wake up, and ANA has recovered 25% of her memories, and that I can continue to help Office Jenny the request no longer appears in the Help Center. Only appears the Classified Information one. I completed the one for Classified Information and the Missing Children request won't appear again. I went to the Judicial District to talk to Officer Jenny in the middle of the road and she continues to say that she posted a Help Request. Is this a bug? Or is this meant to be this way?

Yep, meant to be this way. The quest doesn't continue and jenny won't be there.

Edit: I should clarify that Jenny asking in the middle of the road is a bug.

And idk if these was fixed or not, But if you're starting the V9 events from an old savefile, you can get into Debug mode (The Debug option in the menu, and on the Pokémon Options, and the splash menu-image doesn't appear). AAANNNNDDDD. The Front Sprite of Mega-Alakazam and backsprite doens't match.

...Uh. I don't know how you would be able to do that. You need the PBS files to get into debug mode otherwise the game would crash.

Bugs as in they won't happen again for future playthroughs. If your save file is a victim of the bug, you're going to have to place your save file in the save file troubleshooting thread.

No, it's all right. I apologize if that comment I made came off hostile. These bugs have just been stressing me out a little and I lashed out. My fault.

As for Gyarados... What white part? If you mean on the end of the tail, that's supposed to be a fin thing (I'm talking about the one right below the last one.)

Found the issue. It's somewhat save file specific, but it should be fixed in the next patch.

That's because of lack of transparency. You can fix it yourself if you have Photoshop or Paint.net

Edit: I decided to try approaching from the south, and somehow managed to run right through Saki. Literally right under her. ~~I'm assuming her move route~~ The event itself had set Through to on, and never unset it.

Edit: Discovered this when looking through rmxp for something, while the bug itself doesn't affect anything critical it is still a bug:

The bookcase next to this one doesn't work because the variable it checks for is the wrong variable.

it does mix, it's just missing the page where it says it's already in. . All you need is Red Green and Blue. The all colors was an error on my part and has been fixed on my end and in the current patch.
