  1. I just found my 4th sticker in Episode 11. There was a woman in Spinel town who disappeared and reappeared in the forest, but her leg was broken. Go to the mart, buy a medicine, give it to her and she will give you a Department Store Sticker. One of the easier ones.
  2. How long does it take after you slather honey for pinsir / heracross to show up?
  3. I wasn't really thinking breeding immediately, since I already have a Swampert and a Diggersby as powerful EQers. I was thinking more within the range of moves they learn by themselves.
  4. I just picked up an Adamant Growlithe with okay IVs and a Lonely Archeops with decent IVs, planning to fully EV train them as possible special sweepers. Archeops is one of those pokemon that just get a plethora of amazing moves, and not enough space to use all of them. What should I use on Archeops? I plan to keep Rock Slide, Acrobatics, Dragon Claw on Archeops. On Arcanine, I plan to pick up Flare Blitz, Outrage, and Extremespeed.
  5. Ty Vinny! You're quickly becoming one of my favorites here just based on how much you post =D
  6. So, I have a few pokemon that need some moves to be relearned. Noivern + Boomburst comes to mind. I know that there are a few Heart Scales to be found without mining or stealing one from a Luvdisc (which is insanely impossible, Ame please buff the holding rate =(). The one that comes to mind most recently is one in the Byxbysion Grotto, near where you find Mudkip (I think?). Anyone else remember their locations of heart scales?
  7. SHE LOVES US! On even days of the week and certain hours.
  8. not bad! Ursaring's base 130 attack is nothing to be messed with.
  9. NOBODY MENTIONED THE DEINO! Man I really want a Hydreigon. Sp. Attack POWERHOUSE. And it has I think the latest evolution of all pokemon at level 64, so it's going to be a PAIN if you want to raise it.
  10. It is official, Ame hates us.
  11. Use the Emolga in Jasper Ward. Run the moveset Nuzzle, Electro Ball, Acrobatics, anything for your last slot. You have finished 30% of your game with that pokemon alone.
  12. THE METAGROSS. Takes a bit of work to get, since it is a pseudolegendary and all, but you know, worth it, cus you have a FUCKING METAGROSS. Oh my godddddd is metagross amazing. Zen Headbutt / Meteor Mash / Hammer arm / Bullet punch (one of the last two preferably replaced with explosion). Two great STAB moves (meteor mash has the possibility of raising attack, meaning the SWEEP is imminent). Hammer Arm is for type coverage, bullet punch for priority, sacrifice one of those and you get a guaranteed kill on any trouble pokemon (if you get it off, and if they don't protect / dig / dive / fly / ghost type suddenly).
  13. I AGREE WHOLEHEARTEDLY.
  14. So many people passionate about Aggron. If you have the willingness to die to get a Tauros into Byxbysion Wastelands, INVEST IN A BELDUM. It will be moderately hard to catch (and then, get a good nature with acceptable IVs), but once you do, oh man is the pain coming. Metagross is the only (correct me if I'm wrong, because that will make my day to find out there's another) pseudo-legendary currently available right now. That's scary. Plus, it even has a decent moveset available JUST by leveling up (bullet punch, zen headbutt, hammer arm, meteor mash). With the explosion TM, you can guarantee one kill against any leader. Metagross, motherfucker, metagross.
  15. The best "Temporary Pokemon" for me were the ones I just couldn't switch out of my top 6, no matter how hard I tried. For me, those were Swoobat, Emolga, Hariyama, and soon to be Pyroar. Swoobat was great for psychic and flying coverage, and lasted me until level 38. Then, its extreme fragility took over and I had to drop it off and MAKE WAY FOR THE NOIVERN. Swoobat gets rewarded with the title of Brandon Roy--a serious threat when young, but broken in the end. Hariyama was fantastic for the grass gym in Onyx (I forget the name of the person!). Bulky fighting type, lasted me until level 45 (I even brought it back against Noel's level 55s, where it did a considerable amount of work). It did bulky coverage work and showed up when it needed to, but it had to move on. I named it Igor, but it was more of a retiring Shaquille O'Neal, being a key player in his early days, but slowing down considerably. But nobody even thought Emolga would be even a player in this ballgame. No, Emolga is THE wild card. Emolga is the player that wins 6th man of the year consecutively (or, in a Pokemon sense, 7th man). You don't think it's going to do well because of horrible stat totals, but ohh my god is it powerful when it has to be. Nuzzle + electro ball. Nuzzle is a guaranteed paralysis, and if you manage to survive one turn against a powerful pokemon, you have the entire battle in the bag already. Electro ball's base power if your speed is >4x of your opponent is a whopping 150 BASE POWER. If you manage to go first with Nuzzle, you are guaranteeing this 150 base power (not even with stab! with stab it's 225!) Plus, everyone knows Acrobatics ain't nothing to be fucked with. Acrobatics with Emolga is a SCARY 165 base power (110 + stab, because you're not going to give Emolga an item). That move alone CLEARED Apophyll Beach singlehandedly. I used Emolga until it was level 56. I think I might re-EV it just out of respect. It's THAT good. Emolga is Jamal Crawford, Leandro Barbosa, Manu Ginobili all rolled into one. And finally, Becky the Pyroar. The reliable fire type that just would incinerate everything. There were so many problems I solved by just throwing flamethrowers at them. I ran through Shade just by spamming the FUCK out of flamethrower (besides Chandelure, of course). I don't even know how it worked! And when I got a flame plate + Overheat, things couldn't cool down. Nothing wanted to mess with Braveheart Becky on ANY day. Even when better options showed up (like when I picked up Tepig) Becky proved to be a far superior staple. Now, however, I'm stacking on special sweepers after special sweepers, and once I finish Tyler, Becky might not be the superior Fire type. Out of respect, I plan to go back and Re-EV her just to see how powerful she can be. Becky, in my opinion, deserves the title of Kobe Bryant.

    My team

It concerns me that nobody thought about THA NOIVERN. Noivern @ Modest or Mild or any special attacking nature, because it doesn't need any more speed. EV: 252 Sp.att 252 Speed 6 defense Moveset: Boomburst Dragon Pulse Hurricane / Air slash (accuracy vs power) Super Fang / Shadow Ball (almost guaranteed 50% in one turn vs coverage) You can't go wrong, especially when there aren't currently that many dragons in Reborn. You can raise it pretty quickly at endgame, too, because there are already some level 44 noibats in the wild. If you really want the boomburst, though, you will have to raise it to 74 (and then common candy if you still want to use it), or use a heart scale.
  17. The good ones have been mentioned already. I'm personally a fan of the fire dogs (vulpix, growlithe, houndoom) but if you want something more well-rounded I'd say raise a Tepig. It has some nice coverage, and gets a POWERFUL Head Smash at level 50.
  18. BOOMBURST EXPLOUD. Till then, I'm rockin with my 12 below (soon to be 13 once I finish Gengar). Also, explaining why Emolga is in the mix: EMOLGA IS A POWERFUL MOTHERFUCKING POKEMON. Nuzzle + electro ball is amazing if you manage to pull it off and/or get parahax. Acrobatics will RUN through all of Apophyll Beach + Academy. You don't even need a 4th move slot. Pyroar is also a very nice pokemon to have, if you have the patience to raise a bidoof to a bibarel early enough in the game to trade it to that dude. I hate how the name is just stuck at Braveheart, though. Stupid fucking name. I also suggest getting a Noibat later in the game (so that it's already level 30 - 40), maybe in Pyrous Mountain, and then leveling it up to a Noivern. Once you do that, drop one or two heart scales on it to get Dragon Pulse (at least) and maybe a Boomburst. Noivern ain't nothing to fuck with. If you want a sixth slot until then, and need something that will use good moves, get a woobat from the shadows in the ground, or wait till you get to Jasper and catch a Spearow.
  19. Ty, just evolved Haunter. Much love!
  20. Adventurine / Route 1 is an extremely large area, including all the places with the webs and the logs which I still haven't gotten around to exploring yet. Could you be a little more specific?
  21. In the 11th episode, I only found one linkstone--the one in front of Yureyu. I never was able to buy one from the guy in front of the Grand Staircase, and I can't get more than 3 stickers in this episode currently, but I want to evolve my haunter (I used my first one for an Alakazam). How do I get another one?
  22. They all start blue, and need to be turned red.
