Before the Gigawatt's Fire Punches could connect, he was thrown off balance by a rogue Earthquake and sustained heavy damage. Seth recalled him before he could hit the ground, and called him back out, placing him at his feet. He crouched down and tried to comfort him. "Yeah, sign Giga up for one of those Heal Pulses too, if you could."

I admit, I jumped on the "Bumrush The Giant Abomasnow" hype train, but seems like lots of others did too. I was just excited that we got to a battle, but we really should wait for Notus or Huk to post before we continue.

That's really what I was waiting for wasn't gonna make another post until Huk or Notus posted again.

Just gonna have Travis give up, because if he runs now he's gonna get caught anyways and then he'll REALLY have a bad time.

It was then that Travis found company in a shooting pain in his leg. He almost screamed in pain, but just gritted his teeth as he sat up and examined it, finding a crossbow bolt in his right leg. It was stuck in there good alright, but it hadn't gone all the way through, thankfully. He tested to see if he could move it, and that brought the obvious but undesired result: a shit ton of pain. He was faced with two choices, either give himself up and hope for the best, or try to use his Gift to take the pressure off his leg to run away. Travis decided the former would probably be the better choice at this point, he just hoped they wouldn't automatically throw him in with the berserkers and give him more injuries to bring home. That was probably the last thing he needed right now. He struggled to get up, but his Gift helped him along the way. He'd regained just enough energy to float gently to the ground, then slumped onto the wall in back of him. In clear view of the police, he raised his hands non-threateningly and simply said, "Alright, ya got me."

Well I know he was seen, but he's pretty tired right now. He'd be easy pickings right about now, especially after getting hit with the arrow.

Ah that's alright. I'll try to think of a way to get Travis out of there so he can regroup with Desmond... not sure how though since it's surrounded by police. :l Okay, done editing. Whether he gets caught or not is up to you.

Travis had been having his fun in the Tavern, incapacitating as many people as he could with his Gift. Throwing them off balance by making them weightless or making them so heavy they would fall on their faces and get knocked out. He tried to dodge as many fists and kicks as he could, but he got a few hard hits here and there. He couldn't keep this up, there was no way he'd be able to stop them all, especially since he's Gift was starting to leave him without much energy to spare. There were just too many. And then the police started showing up, cuffing and apprehending anyone and everyone they could. "Time to go. Can't be caught on my first week here... that would be pretty bad." he thought to himself. While the chaos was still going strong around him, he sneaked onto the street behind an officer taking care of another one of the berserkers and used his Gift to spring up to the roof of the building next door. But when he landed, it wasn't very graceful. Travis couldn't keep going, he released everyone he'd been using his power on and instantly felt a huge weight lifted off of him. He was panting, lying down exhausted from how much he'd exerted himself just now. "Should wait here... until I can... catch my breath. Find Desmond... later."

Seems like it.

"Finally decided to show itself, huh?" said Seth as the Icy Wind blew past the squadron. He shielded his eyes from the whipping wind and stood his ground. "Giga, Fire Punch." Gigawatt backflipped over Seth, twisted in mid-air and landed square on his feet. He then ignited both of his hands and rushed towards the Pokemon that was even bigger than he was. Both fiery fists connected with the behemoth one after another.

Seth had been enjoying this time with his allies, most of which had slowly started to become friends... at least in his mind. He was thinking that maybe, just maybe, things were gonna be alright, at least until they got to their destination. Those thoughts were sent flying when the huge roar had sounded. He sprung to his feet and signaled Giga. "Gigawatt, battle time." he said with a deadly calm. Gigawatt's dumb smile faded, replaced with a mask of focus just as cold as the snow beneath their feet. Giga stood up, showing just how foreboding the gentle giant could be in times of urgency. He took on a strong battle stance, arms by his sides, tails curling up behind his back, their red tips crackling with electricity. The pair stood back to back, surveying the area, ready for anything. Seth noticed that Pine had set up some Stealth Rocks. "Good thinking." he said as he addressed the trainer. Adam spoke up, surprisingly Seth was in agreement. "He's right, that's enough setting up for now. Just be on your guard from here on out."
