  1. It is entirely up to luck, and I don't think it has anything to do with how many or how few items are in the mining rock, actually. I mean, it might, and I may just not have noticed it, but... it seems unlikely to me. "Just keep searching" is probably not what you want to hear, but, alas, it is the best solution I can offer. ...Speaking as someone who still has not found an Odd Keystone in a run that's supposed to be centered around item hunting, however, I feel your pain.
  2. Well, since I was mentioned, I should post, no?~ Allow me to formally welcome you to Reborn! Or not so formally, hell, it's been a while since I've posted in an introductory thread. What was my spiel again...? Ah yes, try to retain at least a little of your sanity, but a lot will not do. Also, mind your hats, there's a reason my title is "Infamous Hat Thief" now. And as for you guys. Y'all who are reading or answering this thread right now. Yes, you. Y'all better treat this guy right, okay? uwu I'll answer these, too: The game was what drew me here first, from its PokeCommunity thread. After quickly becoming addicted to it and playing it for like, a couple weeks straight, I started to lurk the forums. Then came Episode 11's release, which is when I joined and started posting. And no, I am a fluffy Psychic/Fire-type kitty with a penchant for hat hoarding and thievery. (Blame Meowstic for the Psychic part, that thing is too cute for words. Maybe blame Radomus as well, that guy is pretty... rad.)
  3. Well then. Goodnight, I guess. Showdown won't let me sign back in.

The trail of socks and hats have lead to this place...Am I near the end of my quest? What will the results be?

  4. Do note, however, that none of those examples are one of the Elite Four or the Champion, and several of those are from the manga, which is not canon. (Well, N non-withstanding, considering he did defeat Alder. But as BW are a special case, and he himself as well, I don't think I can count him.) That being said, considering that this is Reborn, and Anna does have a clear connection to Nostra, I would be perfectly okay with her having a Jirachi regardless of her position. I'm not making justifications on anyone else, though. At least... not until rematches in the post-game.
  5. Chrysolia Forest's puzzle. For something with a concept that's supposed to be so agonizingly simple, it took me forever to get through it. While it doesn't take me quite as long anymore, I still find it obnoxious. Shout out to Turtwig's puzzle at the circus which I still haven't done. And Timburr's which I need to do again for the Pokedex in the item hunting run. Much frustration will be had. As for Route 1, that is my favourite place but I can see why people would find the puzzle tedious. It's super time-consuming, I get it. ;A;
  6. GgghhhhhHHHHHHHHH THAT PIDGEOT YES PLEASE IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL Ahem... that colour scheme works quite well on it, I'd say. Venusaur looks pretty good, too. And, while I don't mind most of the darker coloured shinies, I can see why there would be too many. Just please leave a couple black/blue ones- we have too few of those already OTL
  7. I like the colours on it, but... going to agree that Shadow Ball should be more round. Right now it looks more like Shadow Blob. Or perhaps Shadow Box. ...Which is perhaps not necessarily wrong, I seem to recall it appearing more blob-like in some incarnations. But it still bothers me. It's my favourite attack okay leave me alone
  8. Aya? Do you mean Charlotte? If so, after you find her... I believe she goes back to her Gym in Calcenon. So long as you're prepared, go battle her.
  9. Cosmic field confirmed The amount of Budew abuse in this thread is staggering all of a sudden, why am I not surprised Meteor Mash looks pretty cool, I like how it's more meteor-esque than it is a punch that happens to be flying through space, like it's usually animated as. (Well, so far as I can recall, anyway, haven't seen the animation for it since RSE...) Also please do not fire Marco, he has so much to live for. :c
  10. Aaaaaaaa, she looks so adorable! Like always, mind~ /joins the hugs for Shelly line And yes, Sleppu's art is as fantastic as ever. I'm not really surprised, though.
  11. She, as well as Noel and Charlotte, had their Pokemon confiscated while at the orphanage. Unless you're telling me she's going to overpower a bunch of adults on brute strength alone, she kind of didn't have a choice. That being said, though... for some reason, it'd strike me as odd for her to be champion. I'm not really sure why. Elite Four I can see, but... champion feels more or less... off? With the state the league is in so far as challengers go, though, what with several of the Gym leaders being incapable of filling their post for one reason or another, it wouldn't surprise me if there wasn't a champion. Like if the previous champion had retired or died or something along the lines of that.
  12. Team Meteor had nothing to do with this, y'all stop. All jokes aside, though, welcome back!~ Nice to be able to lurk without posting anything again, as ever. Okay maybe a helpful post every once in a while.
  13. You won't until the TM for Shadow Ball is reintroduced into the game somewhere. Where, if you already have Shadow Ball, you will get Shadow Claw instead. Whichever one you don't have is still unobtainable for now.
  14. There's only a chance it'll drop an Aron, like with every Headbutt tree and their respective Pokemon. Just keep trying until you get one.
  15. ...Just another one of those nights, yeah.

  16. Goodbye I got my favourite /d I am scream

      wait, wut o_o

  17. There is another cave to the north of the Wasteland with a lone Strength boulder and a hole in it. Once you've pushed that Strength boulder into the hole, it should go to the other cave, where the rock smashable rock is. You also need to find Kiki's grave. Iirc, it's near one of the bivouacs. That triggers the Strength boulder appearing for the event, I think.
  18. I think this profile picture accurately expresses how I feel a lot of the time.

  19. A little mix of everything, so, I'm going with Balanced. The only style that doesn't really appeal to me is defensive/stall, because, well, that makes things drag out. That'll make a battle stale right quick. (It's also not particularly feasible in-game- more defensive Pokemon are difficult to train. Can you say with any honesty that you enjoyed training up, for example, a Wobbuffet? A Chansey or Blissey with or without Seismic Toss? Yeah.) All-out offensive is nice, and gets the job done quick. But using trickier sets to mess with the opponent is a good deal of fun, too. Also a surefire way to make your opponent think: Can I switch this in safely without ultimately losing my item for something worse? And no one likes to be on the receiving end of flinch hax... but on the giving end? Entry hazards are very useful for racking up damage, too (which falls in line with getting the job done quicker). Reborn-wise, incidentally, I like having a Leech Seeder, too. That move is extremely useful, even moreso than you'd think at a glance. So most styles have their own little bit of appeal to me, thus, I'd say balanced is the best fit~
  20. That happens sometimes, and, if I'm remembering correctly, you need to get some Rage Powder and use that. Defeat the Crustle, then spawn another one, and it should fix itself.
  21. I HAVE BEEN SUMMONED, WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME, MORTAL? In all serious holy hell dat Radomus. He looks amaziiiiiiiiiing~ As do Decibel and Corey- I really dig your style. P. S. I am about 90% sure that Radomus is actually wearing a mask but I don't even care that is still fantastic hhhhhhhhhh I'm going before this post becomes completely incoherent
  22. Mfw I found my MP3 player and it has all the things I haven't heard in forever on it

Spoilers: I never actually left my emo phase

  23. ...Ooookay, fine, I'll admit it, he does look pretty cool here. Would never admit it to him in-game, but, hey, that's a given~ But his hair is as much of a mystery to me as ever. How does he get it to stick up like that? Must use an obscene amount of hair gel each morning. I mean there are some hairstyles in Pokemon that don't make much sense anyway so I dunno why I'm addressing that but yeah
  24. The top right two pieces need to be swapped- that little curly bit goes at the top. And yeah, the tile at the top left needs to be rotated clockwise three times.
  25. Well, given the stature comment, and that it can be assumed that Radomus is (probably significantly) older than the pc and Cain both... I'm not sure battle sprites are enough of an indication as to a character's body type. Especially in comparison to two people that aren't quite adults yet. (He still does look pretty skinny to me, but maybe the space behind the gear just isn't wide enough for him to fit behind easily?) There are like a million one-liners I could tag onto the end of this but I'm going to spare y'all
