I agree, she's definitely better than Narcian or Female Robin. She'd have that almost purely by virtue of being a mounted mage, 5 range is stronk.

Yeah the difference is that Ursula needs to rely on a speed cap of 32 to double (a shaky proposition if you ask me) while Reinhardt just doubles everything, and as I'm sure you can attest, when someone with that much magical damage doubles people start dying.

Except that Reinhardt has the I explode everything into tiny itty bitty pieces bonus. The more I use this guy the more I realize he's ranked too low on the current tier list, brave magic on a horse is broken man. I don't know if it's because of the current meta, where everyone overloads on stuff that's not green and barely anyone is at level 40 but I've only seen something non computer generated live his assault like twice. I do agree that Ursula's a bad unit with great skills though, really disappointing stat caps but makes up for it with Death Blow, Threaten Res, and effective vs cavalry. I swear as soon as I get Olwen Ursula's skills are going straight onto her. Death Blow will bring her up to Reinhardt levels of damage (unless I get a +attack one in which case goodbye everything). I mean I could just put it on Reinhardt but that'd be too much power on one unit (especially seeing as I do have a +attack Reinhardt sitting in the wings at level 1, imagine that with Death Blow, 50 attack brave magic...) and I still haven't met Reinhardt in Thracia yet so I'm not sure I like him as a character.

I just did the first one by baiting out Ursula with Kagero and then mopping up with a couple of cavalry units. Both Stahl and Reinhardt were taking 0 damage from the poison daggers so I was in the clear as soon as Ursula dropped. I'll probably try the same strategy with the second one when I have enough stamina. Edit: Managed to scrape through the Lv 40 one using a team of Reinhardt, Stahl, Kagero, and Azama. I turned the thief's Savage Blow against them by taking that free damage on Azama and converting it into a full heal on Stahl/Reinhardt each turn. As soon as Ursula died (thanks Kagero and Reinhardt) Stahl was able to chokepoint the map and with Azama support no-one could break through. Props to that Axe Armour for actually managing to put 4 damage on Stahl with an axe, some of those enemies are beastly.

My lord, Ursula has Death Blow and Threaten Res. Now they're some skills worth stealing. Definitely grabbing two copies of her.

Linde is ridiculous. Have you ever played Fire Emblem: Blazing Blade? The closest parallel I can draw to Linde in this game is Lucius from Blazing Blade. Crazy high Mag, Spd, Res, with glass HP, and Def. Yours is unfortunately -Atk, +Res, but even then she'll reach stat caps of 35/46/39/14/30. Yes you read that right, 39 speed on neutral and 14 Def. Even with the minus attack nature she'll likely kill any non green unit you point her at. That's not a big deal because Reinhardt is my only 5* unit. He probably contributes more to my score in a normal round than any of my 4* units do.

Mine would be Reinhardt at the moment. When you can literally one round any Takumi in the game and have triangle advantage against red you're pretty damn anti-meta. Only things he struggles with are green units, and Stahl almost physically can't lose to green units. Consider that Reinhardt also has Goad Cavalry and the fact that they can keep up with each other, and they make a great pair.

If Narcian and Reinhardt are playable then the Black Knight will definitely become playable eventually. Grima, Medeus, and Ashera I'm not so sure about but they might be possible.

I have a -Spd +Res Reinhardt and he's mediocre at best. His bulk would be average except for the fact that everything under the sun doubles him so he can really only live one round of combat anyway. His main niche is as a unit with 5 effective attack range and the ability to nuke low res units into the ground. Works great if you have Takumi issues. When skill trading becomes a thing I think he'll be pretty well completely outclassed by Olwen but he's definitely worth training as a very mobile burst damage unit. Edit: Okay so I just took him into the arena because he's a bonus points character this week and holy hell if you need someone to sort your Takumi problems this is him. Nothing says counter like a clean ORKO on every Takumi I've seen so far. Plus he outpaces him so can set up the kill safely.

We already know that signature skills won't be transferable, that was specified. I think that the fact that they did specify it implies that common weapon based skills will be transferable though. Also as long as you're doubling Desperation is a brave weapon without the -5 speed, that's pretty great. Like really great considering that you already know everyone's going to be pushing the acceptable speed tier through the roof. Anyone that can get it is also going to have access to Threaten Speed and Ardent Sacrifice, making it even better.

Desperation has the potential to break a lot of units. What's worse is even if you can only transfer the skill rather than the skill tree Shanna still gets Desperation 3 by 4*. The only thing that might save us from a meta where everyone and their mother is carrying Desperation is the talk I heard a while back about some dataminers who think lance users can only pass skills to other lance users and so on. Dunno if that's true, or even if it is if it's restricted to weapon types or colours. I'm interested to see how this all pans out.

Shanna'll be good for skills on your Peg Knight of choice. I'm looking at Desperation and Threaten Speed like Cordelia wants both of those. Elise will also be handy to give whichever healer you like most Live to Serve, unless you like her most. I really want to find a way to put Darting Blow on my Kagero, I feel like that'd make her a lot better.

Lachesis is pretty disappointing. There are better healers (aka Azama, Lissa, and Wrys) but healers in general are pretty bad for anything other than helping train your other units. If it was Master Knight Lachesis she'd be tearing up the whole field but as she is here I wouldn't bother with her unless you have no better healers.

Effie? Effie is a monstrosity and you've got a -Spd, +Res one, so yes she will be very worth training. She'll have good physical and magical bulk and hit like a truck.

You'd need 7 straight wins on hard with a bonus points character on the team at least. I get 7 straight wins without one and I average around 1000 feathers a week from offense. There's a 5k payout for being top of the ladder though, that's where the bulk of it comes from. Death Blow? Wouldn't it make more sense to use Effie for Wary Fighter? If you want to use her for Death Blow though, it synergizes well with brave weapon users. Twice the punch.

Maybe they've just done really well in the arena. It's theoretically possible to get like 7k a week from that 'cause the score section gives big payouts.
