I'll have to give dubbed Misaka a listen sometime. Might as well go through them all while I'm at it. Hopefully they're close-ish to the Japanese VAs, because I thought they fit the characters perfectly.
Honestly, Touma's VA is good. So is Index's. Mikoto and Kuroko also have good enough VA's. But, Accelerator's is decent on his own but in comparison to the Japanese VA's performance, the dub VA's performance is incredibly weak.
