Basically. Every event pokémon has a chance to appear with an egg move now. It is random, and you can soft reset for different moves~

If you found a way to North Aventurine Forest, you could try going through the forest itself and reach Route 1, to go back to Circus right? If you are where I think you are, then there's no problem. If you're not, then I have no idea where you are and i can't really help.
