Cinccino's Rock Blast can't OHKO Crobat, and the King's Rock doesn't matter (Either because of Inner Focus, or simply because Crobat is faster...)... 2 - AGGRON: Steel... Rock... Resists all his STAB moves (4x times), and that Clefable is going to regret seeing this thing... Aggron is a monster, and it's close to perfect against Noel (I don't remember if he has fighting coverage...) That's it... I just abused Infernape withotu Iron Fist (It wasn't working in episode 10) and Crobat to win... So good luck

Noel has a Cleffa doll named Nomos and he has a Clefable... So... you know...

Let's just say: No one knew that Clefable was going to become a fairy type... And even then, when Ame started Reborn, no one even knew about the fairy typing... If Ame changes Noel's Clefable, it's going to cause problems in the Plot, so yes... he has a Clefable...

Also, did you say CQC improved? I can play 99% of MGS 3 only with CQC (Bike chase, Shagohod...), so if CQC is better, then I WILL abuse it's ass even if it's sounds bad... I like the idea of controlling an Army, so yeah... guess it's different from the other MGS (O rly?), so i'll see about that... I don't like the idea of a sound detector, but i'll see how that plays...
