So after soft resetting for 25 minutes, I finally got one with huge power...and what do you know, it's adamant.

Is there a way I can get the azurill in the shack to have huge power? Every time I go to talk to it, it has thick fat.

Is Amethyst ok with people doing this? If she is, i'll try and do it. If she isn't, I won't Edit: Some weird formatting going on

I searched the forums for starly and apparently when it's windy, there should be a level 15 starly waiting on the roof next to the casino in Onyx ward. Unfortunately when I changed the weather to windy and went up there, Starly was not to be found. The threads about starly were all from older versions of the game, so is it unavailable in version 11.0.2? Sorry if people have asked this before, I'm pretty new to the forums.
