Heather stopped talking or responding to people after she lost her bracelet, though that also may be from the demented psychologist's shock therapy. (probably both) Though you do rise a good point, almost all the key holders (save maybe the player, but then as Randomus says, "You are a player character with no dialog"), especially those that inherited it, seem to lose something of themselves when they have their key stolen or lost.

In My opinion Noel losing some of his difficulty FROM A STORY perspective makes a ton of sense. The kid had no opportunities to train in the Orphanage, had a sign saying KIDNAP ME for a good deal of the orphan arc, and is using someone else's house as a makeshift gym. Why should he be so difficult compared to other leaders when they are in their ideal locations? Heck if he's so difficult, he should be the one doing the heavy lifting, not us and our pokes. Save the difficulty for the other leaders.

I would have the game issues with it too, It wouldn't simply make the game easier, it would force the player to pay for common candy to play in game, which at certain points in the story may be unfeasible. Ruthless, Cruel, and "No loose ends" makes me think of Solaris. The accounts of the "orphan" Lin describes her as a sadist who wants to break anything that isn't hers. Remember, beyond a few mere sentences from her to Saphira and the admins while you were in her presence as well as some second hand accounts which are either obtuse or may have been changed due to the passage of time (or are referring to a different person if Ame decides to throw us a curveball), we know very little about her or her characterization (aside from the sheer terror the admins seem to have at the prospect of their failure controlling abra being seen by her). Plus Solaris seems to be the Team Meteor member who gives off the least signs of rebellion.

I'd love to see what happens when those two egos meet. The world would probably end.
