after consuming the pills and still weakened by paralysis still in effect, Sid heard a bird like screech then Shinx shows up went back to his side with a stranger along with it. the stranger ask "Hey, you, do you have any explanation of why my GAO freaks out when he sees yours?" He mumbles "who's this guy?" as he takes a look at Lionel, Sid replied with a soft spoken voice because of the current stage that he is in with a little arrogance along with it "The names Sid by the way, really? there's something new i learn everyday. well really don't know bob, we haven't been around with the other cadet's GAO for awhile since i'm not Mr. pleasing personality myself" as he pets Shinx "Well i suppose i should apologize if my buddy here seems to be Intimidating to yours" as he continues to talk "piece of advice pal, keep a look out for things that is happening here and probably get to know your GAO a little better if you want to survive."

The Birdman senses a magic user nearby. not knowing if it is malevolent or just a harmless prank, He keeps close of his hammer as he grabs the tip of handle just in case something goes wrong while taking another sip his ale as he observes further. Maybe i shouldn't jump to conclusions but i think i'll stay for awhile, i feel something interesting is about to happen.

Sid got some bits of the story and action as he saw the ending where the fox like creature was dropped to sleep, He was struggling to get to the Medic team on one foot being half of his body was numb with Shinx following him. He realized that Lars is in worst shape than he is. As Oak got his hands full trying to contact something and Clint and Nathan seems to bicker after that incident. Sid manage to get through and turns to Dr.Ray feeling ashamed as his right arm begins to twitch, he grab the doctor's shoulder from the back with his arm and said with a humble voice "Hey doc, can you help me?I know this is a bad time but seems that i have run into trouble myself" as he continues to twitch and in pain. "by trouble i mean stupidity, I was training Shinx and using me as a target, I got bitten (thunder fang) and got the feeling of numbness like everytime i move a jolt of electricity is soon to follow, got some medication or some sort to cure this?" ((don't know who is occupy at this moment I just assumed Dr.Ray isn't))

We will be remaining here for the time being, but will leave... a bit sooner than scheduled. Now then, I would like every one to get to know their partners a little more while we're still here." As soon as Oak has given the orders, Sid walks away from the group and takes a breather again near a tree this time near the premises and the cadets. Man, that's a big bad thunder tiger i have ever seen. good thing i didn't encounter it along the way or i would been the Sean Bean of this group. I know Smoke(horsea) got my back, as for shinx i don't know if i can rely on him. Sid looks around looking for a sparing partner. The Cadets seems have their own ways to train but i don't know if they feel comfortable with the likes of me.. hmm let me see seems everyone's busy getting to know their GAO. Sid gets up and said in his mind I'll do it my self! as he release Shinx from its ball. As soon as Shinx Appears he leaps over Sid head and grab his cap. and starts nibbling on it. Sid got the idea as he tries to separate Shinx and his hat, then he throws Shinx like a rug doll as it landed on its feet. Sid spins his hat on his fingers and said in a provoking voice and a grin on his face "I'm going to teach you what they taught me in the streets, if you want something you better hustle for it peep squeak! let me see what you got!" as he wave his hat like a matador. Shinx being playful charges and tries to get the cap as it misses, "too slow boy!" as Sid keep dodging and as Shinx tries again several times. Shinx expression begins to change as if it was getting really annoyed as Sid grabs a pebble and throws it at Shinx adding gasoline to the fire. Its tail begin to glow so as its fangs got bigger and electricity was flowing as it sparkles, Sid looks impressed as he standstill waiting to see what will happen. It charges and finally grabs the cap as Sid felt like he was being tasered as the current went through his body and his knees hit the ground and blackout. he gain consciousness seeing Shinx licking him and with his cap on its head. "Goodboy you're not useless afterall" as he pets Shinx with a soft spoken voice, he realize that his half of his body was paralyze as he slowly walks towards the higher officers asking for medical attention. Sid was thinking that was stupid and satisfying at the same time, I got a good ally on my hands as he grins.

Meanwhile.. As things are getting more and more complex and their Base being compromised, they we’re escorted to the forest were the cadets seems to be getting along just fine with their GAO. As Sid wonders off a few separated from the group, He takes a breather near a tree and sits there holding one ball in his hand while Horsea seems to be waking up from the comfort of his shirt I see you’re waking up little buddy… how could you sleep in a time like that? So much action for one day huh? He replied as if he was scolding a baby. Horsea seems frighten jumps out of his shirt then out of nowhere sprays some sort of smoke from its mouth surprising Sid as he is covered in ink. Sid yeld at Horsea “What the hell you little turp?!” as his emotion got the best of him. Horsea seems determined and has a fierce look on her face, as the tree behind him begin to move. extending its arms. Sid turned his head slowly and with a shaken look and said "what the fuck" as the tree like creature seems to grab him, fortunately Horsea keeps spraying the smog and finally aims for the creature's eye. The creature was blinded as Sid quickly grab Horsea with his arms and dashes towards the camp all covered in ink. As they run Sid looks at Horsea seemingly happy that they got away. "Shhh... that was close thanks for that smokescreen you just pulled little buddy" Sid thinks of a nickname cliche enough to his Horsea's stunt back there "I think I'll call you Smoke". Horsea responded by spraying ink in his face as some sort of hearty gesture. "this will be our little secret" as Sid smiles. finally he got back to the camp all mess up covered in ink and feeling a bit jumpy after that incident.

Akuma felt uneasy after that greeting from the Dwarf right across him. he adjusted his clothing on his beak feeling ill-concealed, he was feeling grateful about this dwarf and being the easy to get along guy the he is, he replied " Well thanks pops, much appreciate the names Akuma" as he was holding the mug as he continues the pleasantry "You're not just generous but observant as well..hahaha, well the hammer isn't mine." as Akuma told white lie "It is an errand from a friend from the Shifting sands delivering this burden, I've been wondering from here and there trying to make a living till i stumble around here my good man." as he shakes his own mug gently. "Don't get comfortable with me i won't be long, You better get back with the other customers and give them what they want, we don't wanna start a drunk riot now would we? hahaha" as he was trying to get rid off the old man off his back and have a quiet time alone.

Akuma arrives a few steps outside the pub with his face heavily clothed covering his beak while the only thing visible was his left eye, his black poncho covers the majority of his body including his wings on his back and drapes up to his feet as the winter morning breeze blows gently. the reason he has to do this is to avoid judgement to his kind. He enters the pub's door breaking and dropping the dangling icicle around it. Akuma noticed so far so good...as the people and the dwarfs in the tavern seems to not care as they were jolly as their glasses clink and seems celebrating, none of them seems familiar but he did not care. he quickly order by saying "One brew please" to the bartender and passing everyone around him. he finds a nice spot where the people are few. there he settle himself putting his massive hammer in a standing position(head first to the floor) next to him while he was waiting for his order.

Sid was thinking while his hands was on the table fisted-up while the cadets are explaining their version and Surge is still looking for some information on the other side of the table. Sid was looking down on Horsea as it was hiding and sleeps soundly on his inside of his shirt with its head expose like a baby kangaroo on her mothers pouch. Sid felt a mutual feeling between him and Horsea as he remembers himself seeing growing up in the slums. Sid recuperate himself and mustard the courage to talk again and stared standing.. "Sorry about that recent explanation" he hesitated on the word sir.. "sir, must be the smell of gun powder talking for a while. with all due respect i think we can go on and on and the outcome is still the same. Fake Oak went all bananas on us..with some dumb luck we survive that event. Erick, Clint and Logan got the better seats than the rest of us, I think their explanation should suffice your question." as Sid shifted and ask question everybody wants to know. "why are you holding back on us? what the hell is going on sir?!" as Sid takes a sit while thinking i shouldn't went that far.
