weather to an extent. In the park aka first tanagrowth place, I encounted a sunfloura when it was sunny. I already got slakoth -.- it took 20 mins but im good still looking around.

For earthquake you could try breeding rampardos with a female or male who has some of those moves and hatch the egg to see the results apart from that I remember in my leaf green version I bred a munchlax with fire blast, shadowball and thunderbolt with a snorlax and ditto. Note: Only male pokemon pass on egg moves. So you need a male pokemon with all those moves. If i remember rampardoes learns all the moves except earthquake so get a male pokemon with earthquake as a breeding partner.

So most wild pokemon encounters are based on time and weather. Which pokemon can you find only at night apart from hoothoot.

I tried windy night I think i should try windy afternoon. Some people say its around 12:00pm noon that the tree walks away.

thank you, did you do the solosis event yet people say you need a tauros but you actually dont, you jut need a pokemon who knows rock smash and strenght.

the only time i do lag is when i speed up the game but certain areas there are more lag than others from what i see at times.
