Jake waited around for about 10 minutes before really deciding something wasn't right. He crawled in the hole his pokemon burned into the wall for his infiltration and began to look around. "Alina! Hey! Where'd you go?!" He peeked into different rooms with caution, wondering if she was alright, but got something much worse. He looked down in the darkened room floor. He saw a small note and picked it up. "Hey hon, thought I'd just mail a letter! This boat will join us together once again. It's been forever since I've seen you. The mail pelliper should deliver this to you, can't wait to see you! The boat should be there in around a couple days! -Ellie" He dropped the note with a blank expression and turned to the bed in the room. A dead girl. Mauled. Gone. Never to see her beloved ever again. And Jake could only stare blankly. "How. How is this humanely... Possible?..." He dropped to his knees breathing deeply. "Is... This real?... Is this what... I came to this academy for?... I didn't ask for this..." But then who had done with was evident. There were slash marks. Mark's sandslash had done this. "My god... Mark is with team shadow... But why!? why did he betray me!? Betray us all?!" He looked back at the note. It has flipped to the back. "You're a sneaky bastard so you'll see this. Jake. You have amnesia. You hit that rock. You lost it. Your mission. Your REAL. Meaning here. You were meant to kill Emerald. You said it was impossible, but the boss was a fool. Sent you with a bunch of weapons in a backpack, said it was enough. You were right. Oh, don't mind my little fiasco I made on the bed. It's no big deal right? You know it. You're intended to kill too. Might as well give you a head start... Hahaha... -Mark" Jake had no words. "Is this even real?!... Is it even... possible?..." All he could think was too call Alina, and run. For the first time in forever. A tear fell from his eyes. And he ran. "Alina! A-Alina! Where are you!?" He couldn't help it. He couldn't hold it back. All he could do. Is sit down and cry.

I'd make it worse and have Sharpedo finish the job but that's a bit too brutal. Cmon grass, creepy text, faces, and killing people... And it's already so quick XD. But think of this. Jake called after Alina "What's with the creepy faces and being nice all of a sudden, eh? You're freaking me out here." turning to Kyle to give him a quick nod, "Better luck next time... Just make sure I'm not there to jack your cargo." He tossed the crystal up to Alina before calling after Sonny for helping clean up the mess. But despite the whole victory, Jake began to wonder. Did he really see Mark? Was it a councidence? It couldn't be that he had betrayed, but regardless he had work to do.

"Don't waste your time Alina! I've got a million tricks up my sleeve! Sharpedo! Now! Aqua jet directly into the ice and use crunch on its back!" The sharpedo quickly enveloped itself in an even bigger blast of water and slammed through the ice into the depths below. It only took moments for it to fly through the ice behind the gyrados like a jet and ready a flying crunch at its back. Turning to Alina with a sharp smug, "Told you, huh? Alright, Sharpedo! Finish it up, quick!"

"Nice work Sharpedo! We beat them eh?" Suddenly he heard a crash among all the fighting "That's weird! I really could swear I heard something coming from behind us- WOW OK THATS A GYRADOS!" He rolled sideways, barely avoiding the strike, and became serious again almost instantly. "Sharpedo, rush that sucker and use crunch!"

"Oh boy thanks!" Jake chowed down on the gummy, feeling rejuvenated he kept up with Alina until they came across the corridors. "I gotta admit... This ones gonna be tricky? Which one do we head down?" Jake thought until Alina suggested he use his disaster sense, and agreed that was a fine idea. "Alright, here goes..." He closed his eyes and focused until he saw a vision. He found some pretty scary stuff too. He opened his eyes and turned back around quickly. "Alright, gang. I got it. The right is a dead end. Nothing in there. The middle seems to be safe, and I feel it contains stairs. However, there's a treasure trove to the left. But I 'strongly' feel an ambush there. Where should we go, Alina? I'm ready wheh you are."

Jake stood in awe jaw dropped as he watched Alina fight, he was rather impressed with her skill. "That's... Impressive... I'm not even close to a level like that... Did she even feel that blow?" However he took a minute to laugh when the mysterious man called her princess. He couldn't pass that opportunity. In fact he'd been paying so much attention he ignored the fact that the starmie was slowly creeping up to attack him. Sharpedo repeatedly tried to catch Jake's attention, but to no avail. So he did the only thing that made sense. He opened up, and bit Jake's leg. His eyes flipped open like shutters and nearly jumped a good couple feet in the air with a jolt. "YOWWW! Sharpedo! why the heck would you do that!? Do you really just hate me that much!? Even then that wasn't neccesary. Now we have to help Alin-!" He'd been blown away by a hydro pump before he could finish his sentence. Obviously, he wasn't too happy about that... After sliding on the ice for quite a far distance, he was able to get back up and start running back. Well it would seem as though Jake wasn't having the best day. Now the enemy floatzel hit him in the side with a hydro pump. After some more skidding way, he stood. Just to be hit with the Starmie's hydro pump, sent sliding across the ice again. "Ok. That is REALLY. Getting on my nerves... Sharpedo! Come on! Help me back over there with Aqua jet!" The sharpedo burst from the ice below him and Jake hopped on his back, dashing just above the ground back into the fight. "alright let's finish off this ride with a crash landing! Hit that starmie!" Jake hopped off Sharpedo just before it slammed into Starmie, and did a bit of a roll sideways to hopefully not hurt himself. The starmie definently was hurt, but not by much. It would take a crunch to down this sucker. The starmie retaliated with a rapid spin, throwing Sharpedo elsewhere. "That thing's fast. How can I beat speed like that!?" Suddenly Sharpedo seemed to be... More ready. With a giant burst of speed, he dashed forward through the water to use a crunch attack, finishing off the Starmie. "That's speed boost! Wow that's a cool abilit- Bam. Whacked with a hydro pump from Floatzel. "That. Is so. ANNOYING! Sharpedo! Use crunch!" Sharpedo easily outsped the floatzel, and landed a strong crunch, doing moderate damage, but it wasn't long before the floatzel readied it's attack. It got into a stance and began twirling it's tails. "Razor wind! Quick sharpedo finish it off with crunch before you get knocked out!" With another newfound burst of speed, sharpedo launched forward and knocked out the Floatzel with the second crunch, tossing it aside. "Alina! How do do we solve the big problem, eh? That gyrados looks like it's ready for something big!"

"Keep it?... Alright. Fine." He continued walking before running to catch up with Alina as she dashed around the corner. Noticing Alina's find, he approached the food hungrily, but stopped himself. "We need to keep that pecha just in case. That big apple will come in handy, but only if one of us begins to starve should we eat it." Before he picked up the next item however, he asked Alina. "I hope you allow me to this black gummi. I would sincerely appreciate a fuller stomach if that isn't greedy..."

I hate just sitting around : / Had a great day at the range yesterday and came home to the super bowl. Fine day.

As he sprinted after her up the stairs with slight reluctance, he felt he couldn't resist the urge to talk back and correct her. He whispered under his breath quietly, "but I... Said don't... Suggest we split up." But it wasn't worth the guaranteed argument, so he apologized for talking back and just continued onward. "Everyone. It's time we begin to scavenge. I only have a few oran berries, and two apples. I'll be willing to share. I think you guys should come before me on food. I'll be alright... But we should search this floor for food. If we see enemies in large numbers... I don't think it would be worth it. Do you guys want to go look around or keep moving? I don't think either are bad choices. I'll leave that up to you guys. It'll use all my energy I have left, and I'll probably be pretty hungry afterwards, but if necessary I can scan the future for misfortune." He quickly turned to Alina with a look of strong guilt on his face, and stuttered. "... I-I... Think this belongs to you. I'm... S-sorry I ran from you... I'm so sorry I took it in this first place... It wasn't right..." He pulled the Versace rescue badge from his bag and gave it to Alina to later return. "Just thought the time was right... Now let's make our decisions... I'll be patient..."

Continuing into the next floor, Jake had began to feel rather fatigued... They 'd been in this blasted place for a while, and he hoped they'd be out sooner or later. "Alright gang, if we're going to get through here, we're going to need to create some sort of more efficient way. This place seems pretty long... Any ideas? I Don't think we should split up..."

I'd say the last of us, but then I'd be a freaking idiot. Awesome game! Terrible life conditions... I mean come I there's no way I could deal with the- *bloater roar in the background* OH SHET Pokemon mystery dungeon ftw
