    Well, it looks like Echoed Voice is a no go for my future Sylveon. New plan: Trump Card. Misty Terrain + Pixilate + Pixie Plate + Trump Card with only 1 PP = 540 base damage. Or if it's a double or triple battle, 405 base damage on each fighter. In other words, Sylveon gets Rainbow Dash level of destructive capability, able to casually cause nuclear explosions with no damage to herself.

      Trump Card can hit any adjacent Pokemon, not all. Pretty sure it's not a spread move.
